I always wonder where exactly is these mythical cases of Tribunal "failing" and some poor innocent guy being temp banned(or perma'd.) I believe so far I remember one time that happened and the guy got his account unbanned and fixed. Pretty much every tribunal case I've seen or read of is punishable. Even more so the ones who get so brave to declare in some forum "banned for no reason! Tribunal is a joke!" and then a red points out the reality of the situation and he goes down in flames. Tribunal is not perfect, but I'd take it as a far better filter and bigger way to deal with the pond scum of the playerbase then a bunch of employee's who stare at report cases all day or a bot filter. | ||
