They have never had a single true damage ability that has been remotely balanced, especially true damage that scales. You cannot itemize against it. | ||

Caitlyn's ult, at present, has a lot of fun interplay, whereas 'the annoying "shoots me from far away" feel' is just that, annoying. | ||

Health, in theory, is supposed to be the itemization for true damage. Doesn't work against Vayne, of course, but for Darius/Irelia/Corki, it's supposed to be health. In practice, it's not the best, but there you go. | ||

240 hp regen 21 base 2183 hp base 2.5% hp per second passive 1.75% FoN =4.25% hp5 6350 hp warmogs total = 8533 hp =8783 hp with red pot =373 hp5 from % regen +261 hp5 =634 hp5 +264 hp5 from nash 898 hp5 +runes and masteries prolly around 920 hp5 total But with warmogs, fon, randuins and level 18 you get a pretty big portion of that. honestly you mostly want the regen for lane when it's efficient and after that you might pick up a fon against more poke damage and also you can abuse ending a teamfight with low hp or getting away and just run to farm a lane and then be at full hp again and 20 cs and a turret up vs their guys who just backed and walked back | ||
