Generic AD Rune Page:Flat AD Reds, Flat Armour Yellows, Flat MRes Blues, Flat AD Quints Good for AD Carries, can be used for quite a few top laners and junglers (Riven, Irelia, Tiger Udyr). Generic AP Rune Page:Flat MPen Reds, Flat Armour Yellows, Flat MRes Blues, Flat AP Quints Good for most AP Mids, can be used for Fiddle jungle Obviously there are more specialised runepages for certain champs (e.g. AS Reds for Irelia top) but these two pages should cover 80% of all your needs and are pretty cheap to make. Some additional things you might be interested in looking into: - AS Reds for certain junglers and Irelia top lane
- MS Quints for some Junglers and AP Mids
- HP/lvl Yellows for some mid laners
- GP10 Quints for Support Rune Pages
- MRes Reds if you want to be like Froggen haha
Anything more than this is really becoming niche territory for really specialised builds (e.g. Meowkai). A "generic" AP mid needs flat mana regen yellows... Not necessarily true. And I'm pretty sure scaling mp5 catches up to flat mp5 fairly quickly. From what I remember while I was assembling my AP Kog page and buying my first mp5 runes, the scaling ones caught up to flat mp5 at level 6. Since Kog's mana problems become more pronounced as the game goes, buying the scaling mp5 was a no brainer for me.

And I'm pretty sure scaling mp5 catches up to flat mp5 fairly quickly. You might be right, but he is suggesting flat armor yellow for AP mids. You lose out big time if you do not run mana regen yellow. 9 flat mana regen yellow gives 3.7 per 5 seconds. Between the 2nd minute to the 7th minute (when the next blue spawns), you get 111 extra mana. For most APs this allows you to cast 1-2 extra spells.
I've always been running mana regen on my rune pages because I figured that the rune increased your total mana regen by a large percentage. I always thought "oh well at level 1 I have 7.4 mana regen just from my stats. That means if I get mana regen runes, I can increase my level 1 mana regen by 50%!"
Now I think that was just a silly idea. I never bothered to calculate that the amount of mana returned was just 111. That's what? two spells? It's the same as flat mana quints if you just stay in lane for 5 minutes (37.5*3=112.5). You've convinced me to try out different runes on all my champs. Thanks.
I'll still run mana regen runes whenever I am playing a chalice first / rush athenes champion.

Really love Dig's play lately.
I think showing the general public that the standard solo top, solo mid, duo bot doesn't have to be played every game might really help to shake up the meta. I think it's really cool, and I hope something develops from this kind of play.
Also there is the whole entertainment factor. Games with un-even lanes have a lot more action in general, also there is the whole un-familiarity element that makes games much for exciting.
Definitely my favourite team to watch at the moment.

Mashme All chats so fucking much in tourney games, it's pathetic.

As Kassadin I run health or HP5 yellows (probably going to just switch to flat hp). Mana regen is useless on him unless it's in the form of blue. Your spells cost too much, MP5 yellows basically give you one spell. Using W for mana is more effective (and helps last hit) and really, having the extra E points is probably better.

Just had a Maokai on my team get permanently stuck in twisted advance untargetable form on Proving Grounds. Really hope that's a map specific bug.

i like mashme but he is a bit too much sometimes a couple weeks ago in the unR tourney, he literally paused the game, said "savor this loss while i take a shit" then kept it paused for a few minutes -_-. this was in a game they were barely winning thanks to a lucky baron too iirc :\

What's the best way to get your teammates to listen to the calls you make in soloq? I just had a game where they never listend to any of my calls or pings and either we lost out on a chance at free objectives (enemy bot lane forced to recall, free dragon) or a teammate would get caught in a bad spot and die (trying to force a baron fight when we can barely win a 5v5 without baron aggro on us). I did well early, showing myself to be a competent player (got FB by killing amumu at his red buff, got 2nd kill of the game for my top laner 1min later, killed amumu straight up at his next blue spawn), but my teammates would just call my bad and rage etc. I was 3-2-5 going into the midgame (died twice to dragon trying to get my bot lane to come to it, figuring if i started it they would just drift over), and finished 4-8-7. If my team is in a bad spot and probably going to die, should I just run away and save deaths? I would just charge in anyways hoping to peel and maybe we could turn the fight around and pick up at least a kill.

Since it's going to be legendary, does that mean Cho'Gath has the most legendary skins atm?
think they'll retire Gentleman Cho'Gath?

The most important thing is obviously to not be a dick and/or annoying, so you don't get put on ignore lists. Other than that, i find saying things before they are acute pretty helpful. Like when you won a fight, and are pushing a tower, you take a look at the respawn timer and tell them something like "b after turret", and then retreatping right before it dies. Or at around level 8-10 "the next time we get a kill on bot/mid we take dragon", this lets people mentally prepare for that action, instead of having to judge on the fly if they want to do that or not, since if you have 4 people judging on the fly, some will probably judge different then others, which is usually bad.
But you can't always make your team do what you want, so sometimes you have to find the best way to deal with a suboptimal play by them, which then is a judgement call again. Do you commit to what they were doing, or are you sure it will fail and just abandon them to not add another death to that bad action? This can't be answered with one general answer, it is something you must decide on a case by case basis. But I'd guess that usually, being there and trying to salvage the situation is better then leaving half your team to die.

Okay, wits is core on Diana jungle. Who the hell needs AP items outside of abyssal for mr when your passive deals fuck tons of damage.

Not surprising, Wit's is core on like everyone because it's one of the best fucking items in the game. Makes her passive silly, I'd assume.

Why Wit's End though? It felt to me that Malady might be better for the AP boosts...

The twitch buff has to be the dumbest buff ever. I guess it's not that bad but he needs to be nerfed not buffed.

What? Do elaborate, I've barely seen any Twitch since the rework, and this buff is tiny.

I thought Twitch was shit after the rework.

The thing is, her AP ratios are so good, and she has so much magic damage, that I have to question whether Wit's is really better than Abyssal for the purpose of MR+Damage, especially given how Abyssal will boost your teammates' damage.
Getting both Wit's AND Abyssal is going to put you a bit too skewed toward MR early, so you're going to have to prioritize one until later on. And Abyssal's aura has a much larger influence on the game at the stage when you're choosing between the two.

I agree with the Abyssal, but I think she also needs the AS, and I really didn't like Malady that much on her. I'm not really sure what best course of action for fixing that would be (maybe Ionic Spark for super aoe attacks huehue)
Evidence: one game on PBE with my jungle experience.
