Amumu is really reliant on the team to do well, same with Malphite. Lee sin would be awesome, but i am still learning the nuances with him and am happy if i don't die as much.

You should play a cc bot that can fk up anything that dives carries. That's the best way to carry at your Elo. Take Nautilus, Maokai or Alistar jungle imo. Don't be greedy and take mostly support items like Randuin's, Shurelya's and Frozen Heart and use their actives to dictate teamfights. Or you can play a ganking mid laner who doesn't lose lane like Cass, Ahri, Kass or Morg, but it's important that you successfully gank sidelanes.

why is it big? he makes good points in there and nothing he's saying is damning or praising any game's gameplay. it's merely a discussion of business models and how they drive priorities of companies.
Hit me if I am wrong, but didn't Shushei generally see success as an ap mid? Then he got told to go play top lane and he never really got used to the roll? I can understand letting him go but I always felt Fnatic's issues went more around lacking good players overall for the roles then one person doing horrid and the rest being outstanding players.
