Yea. I also remember saying Diana's E goin to be hella fk strong in GD and someone was arguing with me and Yango about how Diana E is gonna suck cause it so small. Probably also worth noting that Frost has three different ways to engage from massive range, whereas Blaze is completely dependent on that Shyvana+Lulu combo and also have no way to counter-initiate. | ||

Frost clearly had special strats prepared with Diana and Lux and it worked out for them. Blaze have played pretty much what they've been playing what they did earlier in OGN and MLG. Diana really the crux here. But combined with Malph and Ali? And Noc+Graves to limit vision and split people? Dang. | ||

Diana would basically just poke with Q and dive with R. E instantly, then Malphite/Ali would follow up for like 4 seconds of CC. Didn't matter after that. Diana was also able to win her lane pretty hard since she showed up to 1v1 Shen at bot lane with a 2/0/1 lead and had boots+dring and tons of pots. Honestly, Blaze just got massively counter-picked, even though it wasn't necessarily very evident 'til after this game. Frost had everything going for them in teamfights, while Blaze was way too dependent on their Shyv+Lulu not fucking up and being able to protect Sivir. Blaze had 0 way to deal with that massive aoe cc initiation. | ||

But she was able to set up sick binds and with Skarnet to back her ult lead to really nice snipes on people all over the place. Also, she used ult to steal Wraiths from Meowkai when he tried doing them because Laser CD < Wraith CD lol. In the end she was just sieging towers. If someone got binded, they were going to explode from her rotation. And with her low CD she could keep doing this again and again every creepwave basically. | ||
