Q doesnt do much damage and the ramp up time is a dealbreaker when compared to something like skarner's Q which can actually slow, with easier rampup W is an okay healing spell but doesnt particularly synergize with any of his other spells. plus its not quite a one point wonder E is okay too R is a nice aoe disable, probably his best spell essentially doesnt have a passive. gives really negligible amounts of AD, taken away when you're slowed

I don't know but at least in cities people own PC, but still go to PC bangs if they are student since its nice to play together with your friend. These programs got an "ok" from Tencent so they got installed in PC bangs too.

1. do they only reveal 'known' information? like, will the ward placement only be shown if you actually saw the ward being placed? 2. do you have a source on the okaying from tencent? 3. are they allowed in tournaments? thanks!

He honestly doesn't do anything that skarner doesn't do already. Jungling, he runs around spamming Q on mobs, he relies on his E vs skarner with shurelya's to run in, cc the enemy and get a successful gank off. Like skarner, once he gets trinity/sheen, he does tons of damage and it's impossible to run away. Unlike skarner, it's much harder to pick a single person out of a teamfight. You blindly ulti in and hope that they scatter with the AD/AP carry running towards your team.

Numbers still hasn't added me but he cannot stop me from mashing F5 while he's online until I GET HIM Ok now I'm creeping myself out. Don't embrace it that much.

Late game his passive gives like 75 ad in bursts and an ok amount otherwise, it's not so bad. Don't know if he's 'good' but he seems playable Haven't tried him top at all so theorycraft only, but he has sustain, a primary source of damage that isn't an auto and does half damage to creeps (so he won't push the lane hard), solid gank support at 6, and a speed boost to escape ganks. I can't imagine he is a terrible top laner when his kit has almost everything you look for up there, assuming he scales into lategame decently. Even if he is "bad" I am sure you could make him work. He may be good though, I really have no idea. Edit: I just know I played skarner and hec for the first time in the last couple weeks, both on dominion. Skarner was a heck (pun intended) of a lot more fun imo. Can't say why when the two champs play so similarly.

That said, Hecarim's a lot better than people give him credit. His mid-game is so stupidly good because of his W and Q spam, he's tanky without many real tank items so long as you position yourself well. His level 6 ganks are also utterly stupid.

For some reason own3D stream don't work for me (I load the page, and after 10seconds it just stops and no data is being downloaded) while twitch streams run fine.

Does anybody really stop it, or does it become a passive farmfest under the tower and you hope for ganks? Graves/Soraka usually just keeps lane pushed to your tower. You usually hope for ganks lol. I could see like Urgot maybe being able to do ok and harass Graves down, but I feel like Graves does pretty well against Urgot so that might not be ideal. You can also run Ignite and run like Leona plus some other strong early game AD carry in hopes of gibbing Soraka early on. It's a really stupid lane. Other than trying to run something to kill Soraka as they push or just having your jungler gank I think it's almost always a passive farm lane under you tower as you said.
