Best way to put it was a solo q game where the jungler is shaco and gets kills in every lane and then the lanes themselves start just getting 1v1 kills every minute or so. Only the jungle was alistar and every lane was a supercarry (anivia, kog, vayne). You can imagine how well that went for TSM. | ||

WOTA is so strong on him, you E a creep wave and get almost a full health bar. His W stunslow is one of the best utility skills in the game. | ||

However, I waited a week because I am fickle and considered skipping the rune page bundle for more champions/skins. Now that I've bought the bundle I have come across a conundrum, I have 300 more RP than I should. I'm half-convinced Riot has figured out that I'm OCD and is giving me free RP in order to see what twisted contorted ways I will spend my money to 0 my RP again. I never get hit by them if I'm paying attention in the slightest. Does that make those bad abilities or bad champions? Not saying Viktor is on that level, but calling him bad because a skillshot is easy-ish to avoid is a bit hasty. | ||

Not saying Viktor is on that level, but calling him bad because a skillshot is easy-ish to avoid is a bit hasty. brand's Q is the only one thats even remotely similar and it still has a faster projectile. morg's Q is a BIND, a really long cc. brand's q is a HUGE stun if it hits. nevermove is a LONG aoe stun. xerath's q is an insanely fast projectile if you cant see him doing the animation from afar. difference being, you are comparing it to amazing reward abilities when it only does damage. | ||
