I would suggest ww as a starting jungler just because it is much easier to learn to jungle since its safer. Nunu has a built in smite that heals him so he can't actually fail at jungling.

Yeah I have Nunu, it just seems like at higher levels he needs to counter-jungle to be effective and I'd rather have a more straightforward jungler, unless that's not possible.

I've had to play the last 3 games against ap sion mid as Malzahar. Just man handle him for the first 4 levels when his shield absorbs a fairly small amount of damage and he will suck. Yeah he'll still eventually get to the point where he just walks up to a creep wave and pops his shield for the easiest 6 farm ever but it will happen at 25 mins instead of 15. A lot of people don't take advantage of how weak sion is while his spells are cooling down, its quiet funny.

I had a sion on my team a few games ago whom was going AD, and I think his items were like atmas PD PD and maybe wriggles or something. Anyway he's at like 1/4 hp running from kennen after a bad jungle fight. His ult comes off cd, and he starts hitting creeps. He heals for SEVEN HUNDRED damage per auto attack, and is full hp in probably 3-4 swings, (with 2 PDs, so FAST). Kennen shits his pants in fear and starts to run but sion stuns him and just hacks him to bits in an instant. It was hilarious. AD sion strong like bird. AD sion of course gets crushed by kiting but if you pick him vs a team that can't counter him he's awesome. Oh right and exhaust. And teemo . Oh by the way, things that are imo FAR more scary than sion running from brush: Annie or Malzahar running from brush

A farmed AD Sion whacking at someone is pretty stupid, but he has quite a lot of problems. Mostly the fact that even with high lifesteal he still gets bursted really easy and he has no gapcloser or CC except for his stun so he has a really hard time sticking to targets. And his later earlygame and midgame is pretty weak. But I suggest everyone to try jungle AD Sion, really funny. Get like Wriggles into whatever you want, clear jungle super fast and kill people because they expect you to hit for half of what you actually do.

I trade 600 single target damage for 600 AoE damage any time of the day. Sion's shield deals exactly as much damage as it blocks. By popping the shield, we simply trade damage output. And Sion gets out with a disadvantage if you pop it correctly (don't waste CC).

Nunu is fun, even with him being pretty meh atm. Turn consume into a mini feast and he'd be right back as a top jungler.

The problem happens when you deal 599 to it and then the damn thing pops. It's not really great to overshoot either because if you do 900 damage to Sion, unless you can keep up the focus he would have taken a net 300 damage which is really not enough to reduce his teamfight presence, and he just happened to just soak up 900 damage that could been terrible if it hit somebody else. Having the damage being spread out is favorable for that team. Sion's really good at forcing the damage to be distributed instead of funneled (up until late-game, and if he didn't fuck up too hard early on).

Warwick is cheap, straight-forward, and considered a safer jungler. If you decide you like the role, his runes translate well to other junglers like Noct. I wouldn't recommend Fiddle.

You can go afk jungle farm with Nunu and problebly get more CS than your solo lanes because most less than 30 players suck at last hitting. The only thing with Nunu is you're only going to have one ult that can be used in a team fight and iceballs for main damage. You still have a netter pre-six gank than ww, and its better to learn when/how to counter jungle earlier in your LoL career than later. I mean Nunu's ability to steal a fiddle's jungle will make fiddle fall behind in experience and basically make him useless instead of feared mid game. Especially if you can steal and start timing his blue buff from level one. Don't steal blue at level 1. As long as you know Fiddle is starting blue you can just take a golem + big wraith and be pretty darn sure that ~7:20 is when blue buff will respawn. If some of your team follows you into their red area before minions spawn you can often get an easy first blood when someone decides they should check to make sure you aren't stealing wraiths.

Noct is a good pub stomper. Mumu is always good. That said, I'd recommend saving for Lee Sin. EDIT: Also consider Irelia.
