Dominion games + Time based IP Boost = about.. 80-90 IP every 20-25 min I think? So that's about 200+ IP an hour. Not shabby. Dominion is fun too. Troll to victory and it's easier than doing it on SR cause no no laning phase.

OK, so I will hopfully be getting some RP today. I am already planning on getting the runepage bundle, and i am probably going to keep the RP for Graves.
On a completely different topic, I do not use smartcast very often. I use it for Corki's R, Maokai's E, and probably a few other skills I can't remember at the time. My question is what champions is it better to use smartcast and what champions are better off with the regular Qclickboom?

Pardon the pun but I smart cast when it would be smart to. If I have a shot at landing a skill shot but that opportunity will be gone in less than a second you smart cast instinctively. If its a situation where your window for casting is like 1-3 seconds feel free to qclickboom. If you're a nuker just hold shift and faceroll the keyboard to get those abilities on cd asap. When I'm doing brand's eqw I usually click boom e and smart cast the rest of the abilities.

Whichever you're more comfortable with is the best way to play. I've been considering learning to play with smartcast, but whenever somebody is bush juking me I just hold down shift and smartcast them anyways so ^_^

I smartcast everything. When I don't want to smart cast I just click on the ability.

I tried QWER, with ASDF as my smart cast, TG for Summoners. QWERTY Keyboard. Landing Flash Tibbers became a lot easy, but the new layout was rather uncomfortable as I was not used to it. Since I don't play many AP Burst champs though, I dislike having smart cast on.

Had a chat about this in LPEU. Teut mentioned that 40% CDR lets you have pretty much 100% uptime on W+E (not to mention the naturally low CD on Q). Kindlegem Trundle Jatt style suddenly makes sense. Also, I could imagine the free stats from W+R and extra autoattack from Q you could do some pretty nasty things, especially if you get farmed but I've never played Trundle so idk.

smartcast ults make me nuts. i tried for a few weeks, but i simply cannot do it
i use qwe smartcast for the vast majority of things, there are some exceptions tho like mumu bandage ezreal q (i find my accuracy goes down the shitter even if my rxn time goes up), lee sin q and a couple of other exceptions. morg's q tho i seem to do just fine with smartcast tho

That's what I'm looking for though. I like being useful then a glass cannon and actually participate in team fights and control the other team
