Is there any specific time where you get good players? LOL. Well, afaik there isn't really a time when all the good players play, but playing while all the highschool/college kids are in school will get you a slightly more mature team i suppose.
very false
if you play during the mornings/early afternoon you get asian children who are even worse. Those are the absolute worst times to play

The patch was skin changes I believe, Xerath skin change, Infiltrator Irelia skin change and yeah, I think thats it.

Im always drinking in the evening so if you're on my team after 730is est im going to be drunk and not playing as well as I should be.

Surely bad players are just as likely to end up on the enemy team so it really doesn't matter.
Although people have very selective memories.

exactly - i play early morning because that's when the enemy team is most likely to be incompetent.

I had noticed that Ezreal was picked quite a bit, and looked mostly useless the entire time- his damage just didnt seem to matter all that much as I was watching. So I went back and looked.
Ez- 7 games played, 2-5. Vayne- 9 games, 5-4 Cait, Banned 8 times, 5-0 when played.
So ya- if you wanna win IEM this weekend, dont pick ez.
Also interesting- Kog was banned 10 times, made it through 4 times. 0-4.
But did Kog'Maw lose because he's a bad hero or because he didn't have a good team to keep him alive? I think it's the latter personally.

So I went into a game last night where four of the five enemies had the same first 3 letters, so obviously a clan. We all bemoaned our fate, as they'd probably have better coordination and might all be smurfs or something. I got mid against an Akali as Ezreal. I basically won lane until 6 once she got Ult, but our Jarvan was a total boss and we ganked her twice. Our team proceeded to get all outer towers, every Dragon kill, and control their jungle. After an amazing ~50 minute game we won convincingly and watched them bitch at each other in post-match chat.
Moral of the story? Don't get discouraged because it's a premade, they might still suck.

Lifesteal too strong. Cant waste too much mana on trying to kill him when he lifesteals that back in one minute. What do I do? Just farm alongside him. You're gonna have trouble trying to push him out of lane. max w and get a fast recurve

I think it's the latter personally. Definitely. The fact that Kog as 0 escapes makes him extremely vulnerable, you can farm like a boss (see Chaox) and have the scariest dps, you're not gonna do anything if bursted by an assassin. I think it's why we tend to see Vayne a lot more, she has as scary damage as Kog but is wayyy more mobile (and her E can be some kind of escape too). Ez is more on some utility side I think, with his atk speed steroid, his poke, his ultimate...

In the games that I saw, they all rushed trinity forces on Ezreal; is it a wonder why they did bad? Zzz

to be quite honest triforces are pretty cool.

You just shouldn't pick Kog when a guy who knows how to play first picked Akali (hi chauster).
|
Yeah Akali was murderizing them guys. + Show Spoiler +I think Chauster got the a triple kill at one point which secured an uncontested baron
|
IDK why any team would pick kog vs akali AND noct twice in a row
|
Just went and looked at IEM china- Kog 5-3, Vayne 6-3.
Although I dont like using IEM because of the huge skill discrepancy between teams, So I dont think the data is that good.
