TANGENT: Watch the Xerath Champion Spotlight. Now check out Ryze's build at 3:45. ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/2ac9A.jpg) Well, the main reason why Phreak is owing up in spotlight, he's playing against people from Riot and they are pretty bad at the game. Remember Talon spotlight ? Laning against nidalee who had tear and cdr boots only at lvl 9 ? yeah... you do know that spotlights are just to show off the new champions skills and ways of playing him??? why dont you people realize this??? its not that hards its not a spotlight showing him showing off and owning high elo players... -_-
It should be, people want that. Actually,, Phreak tried to do spotlight against high elo player, he did it in the Skarner one but the following ones ... well...

I like the Warwick stuffs. Honestly I always look at it as if he's pawing them to death. Which he kind of is but still it just makes me want like "Safewick" skin in which he's wraped up in like gloves and squishy rubber and he really just paws people to death literally.

He could be playing the worlds best LoL team, they would still edit it down to show situations in wich the champ shines and makes kills.
It just makes their job a whole lot more work intensive considering they would have to play a dozen games to get all the clips they need to show off a champ and make him sell well.

The yorick spotlight was my favorite and it clearly shows that no, they aren't "just" trying to show the skills and what they do.

Played with/against a few Xeraths last night.
Against in lane, never really felt threatened, after E+Q combo he didn't really have a lot of damage to finish off with. Hella poke though. In team fights, he was actually surprisingly useful, as he could initiate with his huge range, over walls, etc. A well positioned Xerath should never get hit, it looks like.
We only had one go mid, one of the times he was an ally. He almost feels like a caster Caitlyn, able to zone out 90% of the other champions, even if he doesn't get a kill out of it. Strong laning potential, but killing potential doesn't ever seem that high.
Anyway, just my $0.02

I get the feeling the games are played just to show off the champion though.
Level 9 with Rabadon's and boots 2?

Trying to do objectives with a Xerath on the other team is ridiculous. It's especially impossible to Baron because he'll get your entire team to 50-75% with his ult, and THEN his team goes in.

When you both go in, but the team without a Xerath is at 75% or lower already, it's pretty one sided.
Like I said, killing potential isn't the highest, though. He's not Brand, where one combo can drop you to 5% from full, or Ryze who can just spam, but he's got crazy good range and a fairly reliable stun.

max W or E as you see fit with 1 lvl Q

Actually Warwick's sounds are pretty spiffy and no one cares that they don't have super flashy graphics because he's just beating your face in.
Xerath's spells would sound more fearsome if they replaced the current sounds with kittens mewing. Seriously, play a game as Brand then play one as Xerath. The difference in "oomph" is ridiculous.

But see, it's a stealth boost to his effectiveness. Your enemies don't think you're doing any damage, so they underestimate you, and then WHAM, Ult x 3 on their faces.

LOL i know what you guys mean now i just watched regi play xerath his animations are the most fucking boring thing ever holy shit it's like one tiny little bolt zapping out

I feel Xerath would fit very well in an AOE team comp. Something along the lines of a Ez, Sona, Galileo, GP, Xerath would own hard.

Its Galio. Idk why but it makes me mad when people misspell it.
Anyways...
Not sure whether I should post this in the funny pics topic or here, but whatever.

I am going to be trying out a few Ultimate Braveries. The three I have randomed here seem somewhat reasonable at best, so next time I get to do some normals, this is what I'l do. (OK the hybrid swain one probably won't work, but it will be funny)

If Mogwai is gonna call J4 Jarman, I'm gonna call Gargoyal Galileo.

I guess I will just have to resort to disliking you and how you say Galio.

k, I think I figured out how streaming in general works.
Now, dear TL:
justin.tv or own3d? Pros/Cons? =P
(or something entirely different for whatever reason?)

JTV = Less competitive with getting viewers for LoL streams imo, less people looking for LoL streams Own3d = More LoL streams, harder to get viewers to your stream over others, but more people looking for LoL
