AoEs generally affect more than the indicator will display as a natural effect. Let's call it the "compensation area" or CA. All AoEs have some CA because of perspective issues when lining it up with hitboxes, especially if you're on the purple team. Generally though, the CA is only a tiny bit bigger than the indicator is. That's why you can sometimes hit things a little further than the indicator shows. What seems to be happening is that some AoEs are having a larger CA than they should be. For instance, Brand's W has a CA that can range from a tiny but more to a full 1.5 minion extra distance depending. This is being looked into by Riot QA and is an active discussion point. I cannot comment any further on the issue. Regarding tribunal: Generally, it's reviewed by 10 people with the majority decision (normally) standing. However, it's always a Rioter in Player Support or something that decides the punishment. Rioters also have the right to overrule the tribunal in exceptional circumstances. (e.g. People just mindlessly chose to punish all cases without looking) Unless you are utterly obnoxious, the first punishment is generally a warning. On S1 Rewards: The next scheduled downtime (afaik) is the Tuesday of next week (i.e. in September). However, I have heard someone tell me that this Tuesday rewards might come out. So read into that what you will. It might just be the case rewards will start to be given out this Tuesday (like, running a script to release rewards, sort of how like the free RP was given out). But I don't know much about it. So time to try dragging myself out of Elo hell (haha yeah right). | ||

Watched super closely yesterday in a game with both Brand and Cho, everything hit exactly in the range it was supposed to. Also I foresee QQ of epic proportions if ol' Moonbear is right.
