How many times are you guys having to try to get the codes to go through? And I'm assuming there's a confirmation screen if it's successful? Something along the lines of 'an email will be sent with a code' or some such?

I can't get this to work. Best case I don't run into error messages after hitting submit with the fields filled - instead it loads to a completely blank page with no errors. Anyone else having this happen? Tried 50+ times between 3 browsers, and no go.

I use MSpd Quints on every solo lane AP carry. Allows you to open DRing/Sapphire instead of Boots. Huge difference in power.
