It's just timing.. If you can cs with an AD carry early game then you can cs with Annie pretty much. Spamming Q is fine anyway isn't it? | ||

That's the thing, the time between giving the command and missile hitting on annie feels so weird to me. Can't spam Q when you run around with that white/black swirl around you. | ||
