we have a jarvan with atmogs and mallet. he has 4k hp. he has 120 armor from runes and passive and atmas. we have soraka heal for 350 + 125 armor. The heal gives 787.5 ehp alone. on top of jarvan's 4k hp. that's 5k ehp, so a total of about 5800 ehp. Jarvan currently has 8800 ehp. with one spell, soraka just fucking increased jarvan's tankiness by 60% (and I'm not even counting his shield!). And i think we all know how fucking hard it is to kill jarvan. | ||

Weaker effective heals but still not sold on changing her build yet, so we'll see. Open Faerie, 2 hp, 3 wards still. | ||

40% cdr on soraka, 12 second cooldown you're right it'll only be friggin impossible to kill the target half the time | ||

Grab W then E this way you hit for over 90 with your autoattack at all times making last hitting piss easy, you have a great anti gank skill and you regen hp like a mad man. then just level your q and r and kill shit. | ||

Time to replace those ArP runes with MPen ones! Soraka's heal got a base value buff. When you calculate how much the new one heals versus the old one with just a death cap, the new one is just 30ish hp behind in value. That's assuming you don't have any other AP. If you do, the discrepancy might even go up to 50 or something! The new heal actually heals for more without AP now, so perhaps stacking CDR from the get go skilling the old way would come out to be the best solution? Dunno, you have to try for yourself. | ||

I've never viewed Alistar as a support, more like a tanky disabler with a heal... kinda like Taric is now an AP nuker with a heal. I'd liken Alistar more to uh.. Centaur Chieftain from DotA. | ||
