My internet is just really shitty (but it's literally the ONLY internet provider in the entire area) and the dl speed generally will change sporadically from 30 KBps to at max, 50 KBps. edit: and that's with a booster on my router lol. | ||

Dorans+more dorans+mpen boots+deathcap+voidstaff+banshee or more ap or whatever you need now, ie like what you get on any other mana caster. :p Shushei gets lichbane after deathcap (? mb after voidstaff), but I don't really like it. | ||
