I was about to say the exact same thing, because apparently people only focuses on how much does the winner(s) get(s). Prizepool is higher for lol. That's not essentially bad, it's just higher. I don't get why people are actually arguing "but the winner gets less", like it is relevant in the discussion. | ||

RIOT is likely putting up the money for the prize pool like they have in every other tournament lol has ever been in. Prize money for SC2 has been set for the 2011 season. MLG's policy to date has been to make the prize money per player identical across all titles. That's changing in 2012. But please bear in mind these aren't changes that we can make on the fly. And the 2012 prize money for SC2 will be MUCH larger then they are now. The League of Legends addition is NEW, so we can implement new policies. And the prize money per player is much smaller than SC2 | ||
