I'm watching your steam before I have to go, but let me say this because I see too many people do it, and it's detrimental to laning. People spend way too much mana at lvl 1-2 and it's bad unless there's a reason for it. It's better to get higher lvl and then use it for more powerful cast and have more mana for important lane timings than to harass some1 at lvl 1 for small dmg and use up tons of mana. Sorry, but this is just a pet peeve of mine when people use all their mana for things like last hitting when you could just last hit, for pushing it's fine, or to fail harassing people at early levels and wasting all their mana and not being able to burst through 3 hp pots, and have no mana for fights or engagements. | ||

Thundering Shuriken ability power ratio increased to .75 from .66 Lightning Rush Energy cost adjusted to 100/95/90/85/80 from 100 at all levels Ability power ratio increased to .6 from .55 This is HUGE.... from general moving with lightning rush to the ever so energy contrained team fight... | ||

Then i win a game and im above 1500. All of a sudden games are really easy and I win win win. I didn't improve at all I think.. maybe a little, but all of a sudden I'm 1600. Its as if the level of skill in the upper 1400s is higher than 1500s. Maybe I just got really lucky but now I'm shooting for 1700 before it ends. | ||
