Once you have Mercs, BV and FoN, the only items with significant amounts of MRes are a Quicksilver Sash and Abyssal.

Other items with MRes include GA, Aegis, Spirit Vissage, Wits End, Lichbane, Chalice and Hexdrinker but the effectiveness of those on Singed is debatable if you only want MRes as these all give less MRes than just getting another plain Negatron Cloak.

As for my first champion... Well the first champion I really finally liked was Teemo I will admit. Shrooming the map and split-pushing ignoring your team is too fun.

Poppy is the best champ ever and will never forget her. Best feeling in LoL is when you can charge into 5 ppl, kill one, and run like hell and get away with 10 hp.

Ah mercs, I've been getting swiftness on singed recently with the change to his ultimate giving cc reduction, but I'm probably going to switch back to mercs because of the MR.

During that game I was trying to remember the last item that dyrus got in that game he played against aAa - Sunfire was it.

i didnt even know buffs existed until some one explained that there was a jungle with stuff in it, only went in the lanes.

after i learned what jungling was and how to do it i played warwick a lot, this was when he was considered terrible

still love his gameplay style and the crazy things he can do

Patch discussion occuring right now. It appears I missed the beginning of it. Editing them in as they are discussed.

- Just heard wards wont stop rammus powerball anymore.
- Reducing bonus gold for breaking kill streaks.
- Reducing xp for kills while you are higher level. Increasing xp if you are lower level and kill someone higher than you.
- gold per 10 items. No more stacking the same item, so no double philo, but philo/hog/pick is okay
- Lifesteal/SpellVamp are getting adjusted. Doesn't sound like a big change. Ignite properly works with them now for some items.
- Additional adjustment to lifesteal, lifesteal will work off shields and will take off effects like MF strut or Boots of Mobility.

Champion Nerfs/Buffs:
- Rumble: Ult getting nerfed. Damage and scaling lowered.
- Vayne: Q nerf, E nerf, R nerf.
- Vlad: Q nerf, early damage raised but max ranked is lowered. Cooldown increased from 3 to 4.
- Jarvan: passive nerf 10->8. Flagtoss damage nerfed a bit as well.
- Eve: No longer stuns from stealth, now will slow instead. (RIP eve) TROLOLOL hinting at stealth remakes with no info.
- Gangplank: New passive, attacks will now slow and poison
- Feedersticks: Darkwind increased damage. Crowstorm AP ratio increased .4 to .5. Channel duration decreased to 1.5 seconds.

My first champ was Kayle too, played her almost exclusively from level 5 to 30.

Actually it seems like a good time to pick her back up, no one knows about her anymore and they assume she does no damage and lose half their health to QE. I've made that mistake myself too.

honestly didn't realize that spirit visage didn't affect lifelink, seems like major buff too ww now. Ok so i didn't realize for the wrong reasons. No WW buff thats probably a good thing, lane wick op

starfries, I like playing her I do fine with her in ranked at 1400ish. However people don't like when i play her, and i get raged at every so often and when i try to solo usually random last pick guy will take carry, come to my lane and qq at me. Good luck though

No, WW was already affected by SV, hes autoattacks do not lifesteal, they heal for a fixed amount.

Well, they really should at least reduce her manacosts again so that you can actually cast more than 2 spells before going oom.

For the gold portion, its a change they had been thinking about. An example apparently occured earlier in the tourney were 1 team was dominating for like ~30 minutes and had 3/4 characters with kill streaks. They had 1 poor team fight and the team that was behind was suddenly ahead and won the game. I think this plays into similar changes Riot has made where 1 good/bad team fight shouldn't lose you the game.

Their quote for the xp is that it would slow down the snowballing for higher level characters and allow the lower level ones to snowball a bit harder to catch up
