Ganks turn into kills way more often in low-level play than they do in high-level play--where you get summoners/bluepills way more often. I have no idea what you're saying, can you please rephrase this? I think you might have misread my post because I seriously don't understand where you're coming from. What champions were you referring to. I listed three that could be much more effective early if weren't for the threat of being imba with red buff... shaco nunu and ww. There are a number of characters that red buff causes problems on though. Remember when eve could jungle? She's bad for the game no matter what, but when she could freely pick up lizard it broke the character. Nunu doesn't need redbuff, neither does ww when ganking a lane where your teammate has another stun and big damage (annie, sion, malz), shaco is useless and needs a full rework. Even then, make E a more efficient slow and his ganking would be fine. EDIT: this is referring to the current redbuff. As I said before I highly doubt Guinsoo would make redbuff into just a passive +ms buff. We're talking early game, like levels 1-5. WW is king of sustain but in straight up 1 vs 1 instead of an attrition scenario he's quite weak early without red. Good luck ganking with nunu against somebody who isn't overextended without red. etc. Basically there are a lot of characters that have to be set up so they're balanced early with red, as a result they're weak without it for the first few levels. You completely lost me. Are you suggesting that jungle WW should gank before lv6 and that nunu needs a melee slow to get 2v1 kills? I'm only gonna go over this one more time ok? If it still doesn't make sense I'm sorry I'm explaining it so poorly. Because red is in the game, characters that can get red early have to SUCK BALLS at ganking and/or fighting until level 5 or 6 without it. Otherwise they would be BROKEN GOD GANKERS with it. This is what happened to eve, they basically had to remove red buff from her because she was good at ganking without it and just stupid with it. If you remove RED BUFF, you can take these champions - most junglers - that are kinda garbage gankers without red and good ones with it and make them decent gankers without red. Simply put, no. You can't give a slow or a stun to every champion who can't tank a tower. Every character would play exactly the same and is the worst thing that can happen to a game. When did I say that lol These characters are just weaker early in a number of ways than they would need to be if red weren't there, not necessarily cc. If you just pick a random character... and go fight a typical jungle character at level one straight up hardly a single jungler will be able to win. A character without CC is not a ganker. Even if you buff, say, Yi's early game damage he won't be able to gank someone at 100% hp. Your second statement makes little to no sense and I can't see how it's related to anything we were talking about. Are you referring to base stats? To the jungler being forced to start with a skill that isn't for killing people?
Anyways I'm dropping this. gl hf

Tank with stealth.
My god.
Initiate with R, do whatever to their carry, then bail with stealth
Now you need oracle for tank k.

If most junglers weren't so horrible at fighting early I think a movespeed buff would be enough for them to gank someone from 100%, yes. Red gives ALL junglers cc, if they didn't all have it they could be stronger in other ways that you are just used to them being weak in... it's pretty simple.

Wukong looks pretty beast, I dislike that his ultimate is basically DEMACIAAA but with a big movespeed bonus

I think there's a bit much theorycrafting going on in here Red change could go in several ways A. They want jungle to be less smite dependent. Now you take flash exhaust on yi. Problem, vlad? B. The red buff really does hurt ganks. Now instead lanes can afford to be more aggressive and jungle becomes it's own lane where you fight enemy jungler etc C. Jungle opens up to support chars. Now you can put nasus here so he'll get tons of farm and have item advantage lategame without falling off the map for lack of ganks or being zoned in jungle.
Mb argue less and speculate more

omg I'm sooo excited for Wu kong!!! I watched every episode on the show several times as a kid and even read the books. Anyone else in the same boat?

He looks like fun theoretically but I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of originality... ESPECIALLY since his Q is exactly the same as so many other Qs.

Mb argue less and speculate more Nasus is getting remade, so is veigar. Other than that duh.
Wukong's Q isn't a problem in my eyes tbh. In LoL melee carries need an ability that resets their autoattack timer. His DEMACIAAAAAAA is as unoriginal as it gets tho. Especially since no abilities use his staff, which is one of the fundamental elements of the character's background, he needed something cool. The chinese preview showed him extending it like Goku, sending it underground and making it pop up at another spot and stuff like that.

Who was huge nerd in the red/white stripped shirt? That may be the most professional person Riot has put forward yet.

Anybody else think of Blademaster from WC3 when they saw Wukong? Q = Crit W = Windwalk/Illusion E = Windwalk, meh its a stretch but hey R = Whirlwind I am totally looking forward to play him :3

I'm just hoping he isn't stupid overpowered or supremely obnoxious.

Monkey King's harass seems extremely powerful, you just jump on them, Q and jump out with little damage thrown back and maybe even having their CC wasted on your decoy. It could kinda turn out like Jax but even better because of the reliable escape tool.

Mb argue less and speculate more I don't see how you ever make the jungler not take smite beyond making it useless. Even if you don't need it for jungling speed, its main purpose has always been securing objectives, e.g. baron/dragon/buffs.
