I assume max turtle first with 1 point in tiger+bear? Tiger the opponent when possible, turtle and heal up when tiger is on CD? | ||

if a person has MR/lvl blues (never mind flat MR lol) they negate Mpen blues at level 4, or if they put 3 points in the defensive tree they negate mpen blues at level 1. Conclusion: Mpen blues blow lol early game cause they get wasted if you buy sorc boots vs a no mr target mid game cause ap/lvl over takes them ez pz late game because it takes roughly 1000 ap for the increase to matter against optimal targets | ||

It doesn't work against laners that have strong harass. I attempted to tiger max first when I laned against alistar. I couldn't last hit and couldn't harass couldnt' do anything. With turtle max first, you're a lot more durable and it's pretty much impossible to force you out of a lane. I go QWWE W>Q>E>R | ||

You use them because you expect either 6 MR from defense, or 13 flat MR from flat MR blues. | ||

Not yet, however http://www.nationalesl.com/us/lol/go4lol/cup_19/ is the site to checkup on. The tournament tomorrow will help decide the top 4 teams. Then the top 4 teams will play later on for the two spots. | ||
