We all have them. Moments in which your team comes together and wins a teamfight and then the game after 37 minutes of being stomped. Moments in which you manage to get the tribute despite your entire team being dead. Moments in which both cores are at 2% and despite the enemy team managing to get a horror, you win.

This is the thread to share these moments. Screenshots and battle reports encouraged!

Hey I got two of those!

Here is my team, winning a base trade, sadly I don't remember the contest, but it always feels good to win one!

And here is an even better one, here you can see my team winning, without needing to bring their core to 0% health! How awesome is that? As you can see, the core is already destroyed, everybody is having their victory animation, but for some reason it still says 4% health.

I'll get a screen shot when I get home from work, but a few nights ago I played a game on Blackheart where both teams only had to get through a keep to get to their core. Their team had just got the golem, we just grabbed both siege camps at bottom. Zeratul and I(Tychus) decided to push the keep straight to the core knowing we were probably going to lose anyway.

Opposing team ends up sending two people back (Valla and Malf I believe), we kill them, leaving me with a sliver of life left). The rest of our team dies attempting to delay our enemy so we decide to finish pushing. We actually ended up winning the game by 2 or 3%. I was so excited at the end... haha.

@Phantom the 2nd screeny happens often I've found, whether by 1% or sometimes as much as 5%.

My favorite moment is every time I take the temples boss camp alone as chen(in barrel ult) while being surrounded by the enemy team and just pushing them aside.
No screeny only because my games in which I had that opportunity were all in the last patch and I did not take a screeny.

Another awesome moment as chen was (at level 14)when the mines were coming up but I saw a Tyrande leaving a team fight with low HP and getting away with it. I quickly told our ETC that was just behind me that I would take care of her, and he should go in the mines. He did as I asked and I leaped onto tyrande, using my abilities to get her extremely low. She stunned me just before we reached her keep's range, I leaped over the keep and after tyrande.
She decided not to go into her hearth, instead trying to out-micro me to my death, using the core and keep as defense to force me backwards while I had to drink extra brew if I was going to go after her. I backed up into the top left corner of her team's base to drink while keeping an eye on her. Tyrande ulted on me with Starfall, forcing me to move again. I chased after her, hit her just enough while in core range to kill her, and then got out of the core range just in time to live with 40HP Left. I then used Chen's amazing regen to just drink some brew and then casually walk away... into the mines, and over to the skull golem....
where the rest of the enemy team was waiting for me.

We had a team fight at the boss of sky temple, where the opposite team was very close to kill the boss and capture the point. After they killed it, i were lucky enough to get a Devouring Maw (Zagara) on the capture point and my mates were able to captaure it.
I hope i still have the replay, chances are good tho. Try to *.gif it - help would be appreciated

at one point the boss on sky temple will be completely ignored. But it really is awesome for comebacks and awesome moments. Had one today with Thrall ult there. But not good enough to grant bragging rights.

On Haunted Mines as Zagara, see a 1 health Valla running away from my team.
I intercept her with a Drop Pod right on her head, killing her. HEADSHOT! So funny.

Again on Haunted Mines, being behind most of the game, we decide to kamikaze on the enemy core whilst they go for skulls. Their core is at ~60% when they get back and we nearly die but just then I pop Tranquility (with the talent) and we manage to stay alive just long enough to kill their core. Our team scores were horribad but we still won anyway.

As Kerrigan I've had a few instances where having Sprint is amazingly fun in hunting weak heroes down and then pouncing eon them with Ravage. I know most Kerrigan builds go for the Grasp range, but I always go for Ravage heal and Ravage mana so I can spam it on a creep wave after weakening them a bit so I can finish them off mana-free and get a ton of health back. In on case I had an Illidan and Malfurion on me and using a nearby creep wave to spam Ravage on I was able to heal and pounce right back and stay alive long enough to kill Malfurion and let the team kill Illidan.
Also, any time her full combo lands and murders an Assassin feels so good, especially if it's Nova and Kerrigan goes: 'Nice try blondie, you're still second best!'.

Many heroes, especially Assassins also grossly underestimate how strong Zagara is in a 1v1.
So many times do I see an enemy Valla or Kerrigan jump on me, only to die fast to double Mutalisks, Banelings in the face and a Drop Pod on their head, all the while auto-attacking and (usually) healing on creep.
So much fun when they rush in, think they have me and I just murder them with 50% health left.

I once killed the opponents Abathur with my auto attack - while playing Abathur myself. I saw him hiding in a bush in the very red. So I burrowed over to the mid-lane (on Blackheart Bay) and went straight north in between the Fort and the Keep of top lane. I just went there and killed him with my melee attack. :D

The best part was, I could even hearthstone back home. *hrrr*

P.S.: I know that was bad play, but we were so far ahead and I just wanted to see if I could pull it off. ;D

I was playing Abathur and cloned a hero on Blackheart's bay. I ran past their chest and dived the mid lane aggro-ing the whole team. This gave the rest of the team with coins just enough time to turn in while the enemy was distracted.
edit: The turn in was for victory. If the other team had turned in theirs we would have lost.

I once blew up a lvl 20+ Nazeebo solo in about 5 seconds with Tyrande. Had to spend every single cooldown, but I think was totally worth it was during once of those late game positioning standoffs and basically gave us a 5v4 right outside their base. Sadly it was pre-Sylvanas patch and that build doesn't work anymore =/.

I've just played a game on Tomb of the Spider Queen where we were getting smacked left and right, were like 2 spider spawnings behind, 3 forts behind at 1 point etc. etc.

Then suddenly we defend one of their pushes, Zeratul goes out on the map and steals the boss as they are close to finishing it, Diablo, Tychus and I do both bruiser camps and we push with everything we have. Golem was keeping them busy on the north and we just killed their middle keep and the core pushing with 8 bruisers, 4 people and Abathur's monstrosity buffed by the symbiote. Was a pretty sick win.

Slightly behind all game, they've pushed us to our base and broke mid because my team were playing subpar. Playing malfurion on dragon shrine.

Push bot out with double siege + bruiser. Get dragon knight, take top as well. Fight breaks out after dragon knight.

Tangling roots 2, Nova tries to gimp tychus from behind, Renew, Tranq, INB4 ZERATUL, Pop rewind, Renew Tyrande, Tangling Nova + Zeratul @ back, All in under ~4 seconds, All while spamming Moonfire. Everyone survives, They all die to my imba saves / CC.

I fucking single handedly won that shit right there, it was epic, you all would have been proud, i threw my hand in the air, stood up and walked the fuck out of my bedroom where only my sleeping wife lay.

My Awesome moment was today when me and a few friends that have been playing together got matched up against LzGaMeR, erho, HORSEPANTS, Prismaticism, and Nick in Hero league.

We had been on a bit of a tear a five game win streak when Blizzards match making in it's infinite wisdom thought to place us scrubs against these gods of Heroes.

Needless to say we got slammed in <10 mins. I think the game was on erho's stream. Didn't help that our Jaina was lagging the whole game, but I don't think it would have mattered. Would have been nice to contend for a kill though.

I always wanted to be good enough in starcraft to be matched against semi-pros on ladder but could never make the cut, but today it happened to me in Heroes! Although I think it was more blizzards shit match making rather than us being "good" enough to be matched against these guys, it was still a pretty awesome moment for me. :D

Hopefully we keep improving and this isn't the last time we play against some guys of this caliber again, but the new match making changes may put an end to that.

Actually had a great night playing Kerrigan in the last three games, two wins and one loss.
I used to keep dying all the time after jumping into a fight but I've learned to be a bit more careful with that as well as getting Bolt of the Storm over Nexus Blades. As a result, I'm dying a lot less now and getting a pounce combo on a fleeing hero is so satisfying. In one case a Raynor and Nova were running away, I pounce on Raynor and throw down the combo.
Nova dies to just the grasp and Raynor dies to being grasped into the spikes for a clean double kill.
Even in the game we lost, I managed to avoid dying to much (only twice, both times to good CC from the enemy team) whilst still zoning a bit with the stun and nabbing Sylvanas a few times.
Now if only Kerrigan didn't run out of mana so fast...

Had my awesome moment in a horrible game. I think we had 2 beginners. Was on cursed, first the Raynor face checked the bushes and was loling that they grouped as he respawned. Illidan tried mercenaries (literally went for the boss the moment it spawned and a tribute was out) and generally was not a pvper as he preferred fighting mobs. (thank god he took the hunt so he was there at team fights later)
We did have a good Nova and Tychus though and I was pretty in the middle with Zagara.
So we did some good backstabbing and got a few Tributes and kills, but always were 2 levels behind. At around level 20 we had 0 keeps left and they 5.

It was just defending and dieing but they didn't get to the core. At that point I said fuck this and upgraded Maw on level 20. So the next tribute they would get the curse and both bosses were up. Enemy team decided to do their boss and Nova blind Precision Striked them. They were low but decided to go in anyway. mawed 2 and blocked the rest from escaping. One used her escape and ran into my arms while Nova got the other. Last one was fleeing, but I was mounted and landed a Maw on her.

So at that point I realized that Maw doesn't have to kill the heroes to get the cooldown reduction (yes I though that for some reason). Had to defend the boss and Mercs so couldn't capitalize on the team wipe. But it gave us breathing room. And Raynor and Illidan derped soon again so we needed that. but it was 3 Forts vs 0 by now !
History repeated itself at every boss and tribute fight though everytime we backstabbed them, but were a bit to late always and they had a boss running we needed to stop. But we clawed our way back and won when we could steal the boss from them. Favorite moment was when my Maw killed 3 heroes that were trying to grab a tribute.

But the game was so random with Illidan doing his thing not caring about objectives, but always eager to do mercs. While Raynor was blindling running to every objective even if 4 of them where confirmed being close and he was the only one alive.
The Enemy team did make many little mistakes though the whole game. Especially not taking care of my creep while they had tons of skills that could do it.
