Gain an empty mana at T4 isn't that great. Druids usually want to play Azure drake or Druid of the Claw at T5.
Innervate this card at T2 looks like a pretty good deal thou.

I think with coin or innervate in hand it provides a lot of flexibility for how the druid wants to curve out.

Shaman weapon is strong. Summoning a 4/2 minion is better then extra 2 damage.

Seems like a crazy value card often able to go 3 for 1, might be a bit too slow at 4 damage on 5 mana though most of the things you want to hit have 5 or more health. Notable exceptions being Azure Drake and Harrison Jones but Harrison is more likely to hit this than the other way around. May still be good though since going first this will often be able to hit a 4 drop and helps you minions trade up still feels really slow though.

The deathrattle trades in to Harrison though so even if it hits it it ends up pretty good

Yes but Shaman has Master of Evolution now so he will be able to make good trades at T5.
Also, shaman lacks good T5 options without overload that screws up with T6 Fire Elemental and its possible to use Master of Evolution over the 4/2 minion!!!

I think the card is clearly geared toward Ramp Druid, which makes sense since Blizzard identified ramp as the essential flavor of the Druid class. It gets you to your 6-cost and up cards faster, whereas it doesn't really help for anything lower, unless you Innervate it out(which is a really good play). Now you can go Mire Keeper > Thaurissan/Sylvanas, and immediately you're able to play your late game cards as a Druid, your Ancients and all that. So that's pretty much what it's for.

Also digging the Twilight Hammer, Shamans net another great-looking card.

I wonder what the minion cost will be of the 4/2 elemental, twilight hammer -> attack something into turn 5 attack again to summon 4/2 and then upgrade it with master of evolution may or may not be really good

The shaman weapons looks decent. I am not sure if a weapon with 4 attack is that great at 5 mana though

So aside from Doomhammer, Shaman basically has only weapons you don't want to use Harrison Jones on. Stormforged Axe isn't worth it, Powermace has a Deathrattle and so does Charged Hammer. Now they get Twilight Hammer too. Just food for thought.

Probably 3 mana. Most of the tokens are costed more or less based on the X/X -> cost X mentality (1/1 token -> 1 mana, 2/2 -> 2 mana, 2/3 taunt -> 3 mana) according to this logic a 4/2 should be 3 mana. But there are exception.

Looks like a good weapon anyway. the actual viability will be greatly determined by the amount of 4 life target that will be around on T5.
But once again a good catch back cards. If you are behind the chance of having such target on the board improve greatly and you will probably 3 for 1 if you have enough heal to survive that is. looks to me like a control Shaman weapon more than a mid-range one. But will probably be part of any Reno Shaman decklist.

edit: scratch my mana cost point, I just recheck Belcher and feral spirit and my memory was off by one mana on those. Look like a lot of token have a discounted price. So it may be a 2 mana elemental, my bet is still on 3 though.

I think harrison on a stormforged is good in a vacuum. Realistically, he will be spending 3 mana to do 2 damage, and you will be spending 5 for a 5/4 and to draw 2 cards. That difference will give you a massive advantage. I think the reason that it is often the incorrect play is because you often need it to protect your face from a doom hammer. However i think that will be less of a concern against a control shaman, though I don't know if control shaman will run stormforged, but i think it will be more likely with shaman's improved healing potential

Honestly, its not that its recycled that is quite it... just Warrior is in a major creative rut right now and is a very boring class to play. So they make a card to promote Patron more and like half the frickken Warrior cards it does 1 damage to everything. The weapon is kinda cool but again its very boring its just a 2 damage weapon that hits potentially forever.

The literal only other deck besides Patron I can see coming is Fatigue C'Thun which TBH sounds like a snore but then again it could be fun we'll have to see. The whole point is mainly to stretch out to 20+min games though, some might love that I can't speak for everyone. Just for me killing people with fatigue damage isn't interesting.

mire keeper seems like a solid card for ramp druids IF it can be played on curve. playing on turn 4 (or coin/inner/other mana gain) seems like good value, t5 is ok, but after that i can't see how this card will be worth anything. after turn 6 you are already dead vs aggro decks and against other decks the hp is way to low to stick, nor does it have the damage to have an impact. could argue it is good to trade vs swarmy decks, but if you survive till after turn 6 you should have already won (add some emotes to force you opponent out is probably more efficient than this card)
you might say its a pick one card, so you dont have to pick the useless slime... well i have no idea what kind of ramp druid would want to jump from 6 to 8 mana. some of the most ramp core cards lie at 7 (ancients) so its pretty clear picking mana at or after turn 6 is almost never worth it.
Shaman weapon seems like another card with huge potential, but no certain value untill we know all the cards and see how the meta shifts (seems useless against aggro decks but in most other cases it seems pretty good)
apart from the obvious basic patron shieldmaiden acolyte value play the new warrior card might be ok in C'thun control type of decks. gives a nice alternative to deal with early aggro, while still being able to play your C'thun buffs on curve, at least as much as possible
