Dragon Priest is a tempo deck and it wants to establish control around turn 4 not kill its own minions. This is not really playable if the meta isnt filled with weenie decks which I hope wont be the case.

The card is good in and of itself, a player who uses his head should be able to get something out of it, it makes sense in a fatigue deck at least. the 29 removal deck + Elise is soon upon us

So dont play anything until turn 4 to not even kill Flame Imp ? The biggest removal with Lightbomb phases out btw. Nah this is crap. Maybe if we get sth like give all minions -x for a turn ... Priest is the combo class after all. Would be great with Madness and Cabal as well.

Should find it's place in Aggro/Mid-range version of the Beast druid decks, if such a deck should arise. But this card in itself, may well push this deck in the competitive scene.

It can kill the majority of a Zoo board all by itself. it's already close to impossible to lose to Zoo as Control Priest and Zoo is doing just fine. just saying.

Also, I'm outright baffled by all the people fretting about SW:H hitting both sides of the board. I mean, really, are we pretending that Hellfire and Demonwrath are bad too, now? And saying that Shadow Madness is better? Shadow Madness is only better when there are two minions on the board, and you don't need weenie clear against two tiny minions at all. Comparisons to Holy Nova are fair, but this costs one less for around the same utility (more, if Shieldbearer Zoo comes back into style), and can also do neat stuff against Acolyte of Pain, Doomsayer, and so on and so forth. It's the kind of card that has utility in basically every matchup. I don't think it'll be an instant 2-of, but it ought to see a solid amount of use.

Hellfire and Demonwrath damage enemies and create favourable trades. SW:H does nothing to those that aren't effected. Not to mention Demonwrath generally doesn't even effect your board most of the time. I'd rather tech in 2 SW: P than run SW:H personally or the more likely pyro-Auchenai Soulpriest package

To be even more fair the only reason Demonwrath is seeing play is because Reno Jackson exists and its a cheap AoE effect. I personally can't ever remember Demonwrath being used during BRM/TGT
