A quick search on google or hearthstone subreddit will give you a bunch of threads and guides on how to do this. Note: Its not easy and it will take you 15-30 tries because it requires RNG. Good luck in this game. I know your guides help a lot of newbies in Dota 2. Like I said about Arena stuff, you should watch some videos, use the site I linked above, and that will get you on your way to learning how to do arena while you get experience playing your basic decks. As soon as I hit level 10 on all my characters, I will try Arena. I have about 700 gold now, so I'm feeling a bit confident about basic decks. What I find the most difficult right now is having any cards towards the late-game. I always have only 2 cards left or something.
This is likely a product of poor play and poor cards, and will improve over time. You'll learn to play your cards in better situations to get more out of them. If you're doing okay in a game but worried about running out of cards, try using your hero power more to get value without using up your hand.

The issue of how players can keep up with new releases as f2p players came up when Blackrock Mountain was announced. I'll quote myself from that topic, as I think I covered it reasonably well there:

At this rate of release, this game WILL be a pay to win.. because you just can't farm the cards in reasonable time with just gold. This is very interesting to hear, because I have been experiencing the opposite. I always do my dailies, including maxing reroll opportunities by never completing 40 gold quests unless I have to. I also play some constructed, more or less depending on how much time/interest I have. I never play arena anymore. Have played about 25 arenas in my career, and have done pretty well, but it doesn't interest me. When GvG came out, I had been saving gold for it for months (since at that point opening classic packs was just giving me dust most of the time), and was able to buy 84 packs of GvG with gold as soon as it was released. This gave me all the commons and nearly all the rares, several epics, and a few legendaries (of which Dr. Boom was one). I have been saving gold for the next expansion since then (buying a pack on occasion), and now have 4200+ gold and 7200+ dust. At this point, I was going to just pay the $25 for the next adventure, justifying it as a great value to essentially purchase gold for packs when the next expansion comes out (essentially $25 for 35 packs, a much better value than any pack purchase option). BUT, since I seem to have so much gold and dust already, I'm actually reconsidering. So, let's do a bit of math here. Their release schedule is approximately every 4 months. It's very easy to get 1800 gold in a month just playing a bit of constructed and completing quests every day as I do. That's 60 gold / day, almost impossible NOT to get if you complete your quest by winning some games. If you play more, you can easily surpass this. Since a new expansion such as GvG will come out approximately every 8 months, you should acquire at least 14400 gold in that time. Assuming you want to buy the adventure with gold, that leaves 10900 gold leftover. That's 109 packs per expansion, realistically enough to get all the commons and rares, many epics, a few legendaries, and a bunch of dust to fill in the gaps. If you play a bit more than just completing quests, and make, say, 80 gold / day on average, you're looking at 157 packs per expansion, and the adventure, for free. I think this is pretty reasonable for a f2p option. The only really tough thing is if you got into the game a bit late, you'll have a lot of catching up to do if you want to have a relatively compete collection.
The later you get into the game, the more catching up you have to do, which does make things tougher, but the point is this: between each expansion (that is, new card set, not adventure like Blackrock Mountain), you can earn ~14000 gold if you do your daily quests every day. Getting the adventure between expansions with gold, you still have in excess of 100 packs worth of gold to spend on packs. If you are caught up with your card collection, IMO that's more than enough to get the cards you need when a new expansion comes out.
But again, if you come in later as you are now, you'll have some significant catching up to do. But I expect that in the future they'll offer some sort of deal on older packs. I could imagine them offering Classic packs at a discount possibly as soon as the next expansion release. They will likely address this issue at the same time they address the issue of rotating sets.

Im glad to hear F2P is not entirely an impossible action.
I literally just maxed out each class to level 10, I don't really like Paladins, Shamans or Rogues and I like Mage, Warrior and Priest the most.

Just thought I'd add that if your aiming to earn gold in arena you should be aware of the fact that it's really hard to get a consistent 7+ wins everytime. It really depends on what cards you get, and also what class you got of course. Still it is possible in the long run if your a good enough player and have a little rng on your side.
The GvG packs aren't the best way to earn new good cards though as previously mentioned. I swear the last 5 packs for me have been nothing but duplicates.

Tempostorm has been hacked?

I m not sure if this has been explained but here is some info. Concerning dailies : there are 3 types: minor (quite quick , reward 40 gold), major (longer, class centric , 60 gold), the 7 wins (100 gold). Which quest you obtain each day is pure luck, but every day and once a day, you can Reroll a quest by clicking on the X in the top right corner of the quest box in your journal. An optimised way of doing your quests is to never complete a 40 gold quest unless you really need too (ie youre quest log us full), always Reroll them for a 60 gold quest! this allows you to always use your daily quest Reroll, which also an important tool for getting gold faster.
Something I'd like to add is that you also get 10 gold every 3 wins, to a limit of 30 wins a day (100 g). This is why making a face hunter deck , even if a horrible deck to play, can be interesting. You can learn very fast to play it, your starting hand can be enough for you to say "fuck it, next game", and games last 5 minutes tops. Tl;Dr it's a mean grinding machine.
fiy I also play at work when things are calm and when I'm on business trips , dont hesitate to add me in game if you need any kind of advice douillos#2124.
good luck !

just wanted to add something concerning adventures , so naxx and soon brm. They are severely overpriced in gold. Here is the idea: one pack is 100 gold. So naxx is basically 35 packs. 35 packs is basically 36-38 euros. Naxx costs 23 € approx iirc. so buying naxx with gold is long and is not good gold wise... Trust me just spend euros on adventures unless you ve banked up beforehand! You're going to spend months (I'm not joking) just for naxx for what 7-8 cards? Consider it the only money you NEED to spend.

I strongly agree with this logic. I tried gringing gold for Naxx and the new adventure, but after a few days I realized it'd take me a few months to get the necessary amount. I bought Naxx and Blackrock preorder a few days ago and I haven't regretted it one bit - now I can buy packs and/or arena access without this nagging feeling that I should be saving gold for the adventures. Makes playing much less stressful, and saves you like 3 months of grinding.

I'm gonna try arena first, right now actually

Someone suggested I try arenavalue.com to get the right cards, any other site to consider as well?

I'll think about it but I'm usually one not to pay for anything in a F2P game. Plus, I only play when I am not at my PC, so the time dedicated it quite low

So
Www.Hearthpwn.com has a great decks, however some of them might be too expensive.
As people have said, buying the adventures will help a lot.
There are a lot of tables, like this http://www.icy-veins.com/hearthstone/arena-hunter-tier-lists-goblins-vs-gnomes
to help you chose the cards with the most value, Icy veins seems like a really cool site with guides too.
There are also a lot of youtube videos of Streamers, like Trump, Amaz ... that have videos of them drafting where they explain everything
