With my first free Arena run (and only one at that) I managed a meager 3-3 record. The prizes were rather satisfying, that is a consolation.

my third run was good (7-3, after 1-3 and 2-3), but I think it should have been better, I feel my deck was quite good. But two times I got counterd quit good and in the third loss I did draw only high cost cards (deck was quite balanced though)

And I still didnt get a epic or legendary card, after ~10packs

I got my 1st legendary in the ~35th pack, and one guy got only two out of 50 packs. So, don't worry, it gets worse

I just played an amazing back and forth game with huge moves by both players for a several turn rally. I think the player's name was RaviK on NA server. If you're out there, GG! Winning move was tracking into rocketeer + steady shot for 1 over lethal after I had just turned the board around AGAIN and was presenting lethal. Wow. =]

I felt I was doing good in my first ever arena, going 2-0. I felt good about my deck, good about how I had been playing in all games recently - everything was good.

Then I got POUNDED into the ground in the next three games and quit out 2-3

Ouch.

One game I thought I was doing good - I had board control, I had more health than my opponent, everything was ace. Then he turned his 5-5 stealth tiger into a 13 damage + windfury stealth tiger and 2-shot me for 26 damage. What the hell

Just had my best result ever. 8-3 after starting 2-2. My second loss was due to a total misplay... my opponent had 1 health left but should've died. The idea of a taunt+stealth minion my opponent had broke my brain lol. At least I know how it works now. Just ignore it! Paladin doesn't seem to have much of a way to deal with stealth (at least not in my deck, which was quite strong with the 2 copies each of the imba epic 1/5 +1/+1 weapon to summoned creatures weapon and the decent 4/2 +2 health weapon.

Also opened my first legendary, Nat Pagle. Wonder if he's worth using.

Ya I never casted war golem once. Usually just got discarded. Burning people out with double hellfire + soulfire(s) a lot was fun.

My deck was doing quite well, 5-0, and then I faced a paladin with some ridiculous cards. Hogger, and once I deal with that, that Bloodhoof legendary. Two legendaries in an arena run!

Finally I clear out the board and play my legendary, the 12/12 who makes me discard my hand and kills all other minions. I discard three okay cards and kill his three okay creatures. His hand has one card.

Next turn he plays a 2/3 and a 3/3 shieldbearer to turn him into a 3/4 taunt. I'm at 7 health.

My dragon kills the 3/4 taunt and I topdeck some random minion.

He topdecks that 4/2 heal weapon, and hits me for 7. Yeech. He was dead next turn.

Got a 9-2 run earlier this week with mage because I managed to draft 2 flamestrikes and 2 blizzards... everything else just kind of fell into place lol

There is a Hogger at the bottom of this deck. I went 9-1 with it. Hogger actually came through pretty big a few times, and definitely won me at least 1 game.

Drafted Priest for the second time. I'd appreciate any draft analysis folks care to offer.

Here's my write-up, where I try to outline my reasoning. Currently 3-1.

1. Lightwell / Sunfury Protector / *Holy Fire*
Removal.

2. *Mind Vision* / Wolf Rider / Young Dragonhawk
Mind Vision has more hilarity potential over say, a Wolfrider.

3. *Novice Engineer* / Mind Blast / Kobold Geomancer
Others are bad.

4. Silvermoon Guardian / Bluegill Warrior / *Thoughtsteal*

5. Argent Squire / *Bloodfen Raptor* / Kobold Geomancer
A solid 3/2.

6. *Shadow Word: Pain* / Holy Smite / Earthen Ring Farseer
Removal.

7. Power Word: Shield / Young Dragonhawk / *Shadow Word: Death*
Removal.

8. *Acidic Swamp Ooze* / Power Word: Shield / Windfury Harpy
A solid 3/2, weapon destruction.

9. *Gnomish Inventor* / Boulderfist Ogre / Mind Blast
I like card draw.

10. Lightwell / Angry Chicken / *Argent Commander*
Others are meh.

Amazing card.

Amazing card. Starting to wonder where my mind controls are...

Not sure this was the right call. Farseer instead? But 2/3 for 3 with WF seems weak. DWA isn't really a 2 drop.

Between the soulpriest and the commander. Let's get a soulpriest as I already have a commander.

19. *Power Word: Shield* / Young Dragonhawk / Circle of Healing
Others are bad.

20. *Ysera* / Gruul / Captain Greenskin
Ysera is an amazing card. Starting to worry about the lack of 3 drops.

21. *Gurubashi Berserker* / Dread Corsair / Abusive Sergeant
Don't have any 5 drops. Berserker works well for priest because heals.

22. Acidic Swamp Ooze / *Mind Control* / Holy Nova
Must pick MC.

23. Mind Vision / *Venture Co. Mercenary* / Bloodsail Raider
VCM is solid; raider doesn't make sense for a priest deck? I feel horribly light on 2 and 3 drops right now though... 4 two drops, 0 3 drops. But VCM is stronger card.

24. Ironforge Rifleman / Venture Co. Mercenary / *Sen'jin Shieldmasta*
Can't go wrong with Tazdingo. Ironforge is a 3 drop but Tazdingo is a much better card.

25. Frost Elemental / Circle of Healing / *Stormwind Champion*
CoH seems like a bad card to me. Curve is starting to be painful, but yeah.

26. Dire Wolf Alpha / Ancient Brewmaster / *Flesheating Ghoul*
Finally a 3 drop.

27. *Mad Bomber* / Gnomish Inventor / Murloc Tidehunter
Another 3/2 two drop.

28. *Argent Commander* / Lightwell / Coldlight Oracle
Others are bad.

29. Grimscale Oracle / Shieldbearer / *Murloc Tidehunter*
Others are bad.

30. Angry Chicken / *Knife Juggler* / Young Priestess
Others are bad.

1-3 with an absolute shit tier draft. no fireballs/pyroblasts or minons higher than 3 mana cost. Was literally the worst deck Ive ever drafted in arena
