as someone who plays mid to controllish decks and who only has Nat Pagle and Ragnaros, is it worth trying to shoehorn them into decks?
EDIT: Or build decks around them to a degree?

Well Nat Pagle is near useless now so you might wanna disenchant it for a Cairne ^^

EDIT: Or build decks around them to a degree? pagle is pretty underwhelming now but you could throw rag into just about any control deck, although cairne would be better

What kinds of decks would Deathwing be useful in?
|
On April 30 2014 03:46 Fencar wrote: What kinds of decks would Deathwing be useful in? short answer is probably "none" heh reason being cuz he's way too all-inish. one hex/polymorph/BGH/etc and you have no board and no hand. also very situational play
i guess the only strat for him would be to have a stallish deck that has a lot of heals, spells, and easily disposable minions (like Wolfrider). you would also need to bait out removal somehow. so not really worth the trouble but could net you some random fun wins once in awhile

Zoo-style decks where you are dumping your hand. Current Warlock Zoo is so fast that it wins before Turn 10 so Deathwing is useless, but a slower Zoo deck could make use of Deathwing by dropping him just after the enemy stabilizes, hopefully at sub 12 health so you just plain win if they don't have an answer in hand.

What happens if you cast Blessing of Might on Mana Addict and then cast Blessed Champion? Does it get 14 or 16 attack? Also, how much attack does it have the next turn?

Also, how much attack does it have the next turn? I think it will have 16 this turn, and 12 next turn. reason: Blessing of Might: +2 temporary, +3 permanent Blessed Champion: +2 temporary (so now it has 8 attack), +8 permanent at the end of the turn it looses the temporary damage

Sorry guys, i hope you don't get angry with me, but i've reset my deck to what i posted at first The last changes i've made haven't played out well (5/5 loss) and i somehow have lost track of what i would like to achieve with the deck. I really underestimated the impact of changing some cards, so i thought i need to rest :/
One thing that bothers me is, how i was able to come that far (rank 13 *cough*) without much of card draw, expect for Lay on Hands. One key thing with that deck was to muligan as often as possible where i heavily relied on Silverhand Recruit. Master Swordsmith was primarily to buff my Recruits and mulligan... it worked until rank 15 pretty well and if it was played well, it helped to buff some if my minions to get them out of the target zone of priest.
However i fell like it would be cool to stay on the mulligan road, but maybe i can replace Master Swordsmith with Terrorwolf Alpha (or the upcoming new paladin secret than). I've decided to keep the Wild Pyromancer (replaced with owl) and added Silverhand Knight in hopes of to establish better board control. Let's see how it works out... this time
Edit: + Show Spoiler +
:p (lucky for me)
I've lost to a paladin who runs Sword of Justice. I can imagine it would improve my early aggression, but i don't have enough dust yet. That's my short time goal i guess.

You keep using the word "mulligan" in a way I don't understand. The mulligan in Hearthstone is at the start of the game when you choose to throw away certain cards (mulligan them) and get replacements. What does it mean to mulligan as often as possible, or to stay on the mulligan road?

Oh I meant, i use as often Silver Hand Recruit as i can to safe as many cards as possible (and draw new ones) Sorry for the confusion
