I really underestimated the impact of changing some cards, so i thought i need to rest :/ One thing that bothers me is, how i was able to come that far (rank 13 *cough*) without much of card draw, expect for Lay on Hands. One key thing with that deck was to muligan as often as possible where i heavily relied on Silverhand Recruit. Master Swordsmith was primarily to buff my Recruits and mulligan... it worked until rank 15 pretty well and if it was played well, it helped to buff some if my minions to get them out of the target zone of priest. However i fell like it would be cool to stay on the mulligan road, but maybe i can replace Master Swordsmith with Terrorwolf Alpha (or the upcoming new paladin secret than). I've decided to keep the Wild Pyromancer (replaced with owl) and added Silverhand Knight in hopes of to establish better board control. Let's see how it works out... this time Edit: + Show Spoiler +:p (lucky for me) I've lost to a paladin who runs Sword of Justice. I can imagine it would improve my early aggression, but i don't have enough dust yet. That's my short time goal i guess. You keep using the word "mulligan" in a way I don't understand. The mulligan in Hearthstone is at the start of the game when you choose to throw away certain cards (mulligan them) and get replacements. What does it mean to mulligan as often as possible, or to stay on the mulligan road? Oh I meant, i use as often Silver Hand Recruit as i can to safe as many cards as possible (and draw new ones) Sorry for the confusion Thats a bad idea in general. If you don't have enough on the board you will lose the board and lose the game. The only thing that can change that is AOE and you won't always be drawing into them. There are probably a lot of things you are doing that are considered missplays if you would choose to recruit over playing a card a lot.

hm, yeah, i'm a little bit enmeshed with that deck. It's my only one so maybe it's time to play another class and see things from a different angle.

Why did my Ice Barrier mage secret did not proc on, smite and priest heal into dmg ? I've just lost an arena game to it. I was at 4 HP with secret on and I got smited and Auchenai Soulpriest -->heal . Intended ? Does attack mean only minion/physical damage ?

You're hero was not physically attacked by a minion or character.
Otherwise it would probably read "As soon as your hero is damaged..." Although if you think about it then you would take the damage first... anyways it's when the attack is "declared" triggering the secret.

You play first against a Warlock in an arena match. You skip turn 1, he plays a Goldshire footman. Your hand on turn 2 is: Fiery War Axe (2 mana) Earthen Ring Farseer (3 mana) Raging Worgen (3 mana) Spiteful Smith (5 mana)
What's your play? Play the axe, but don't hit the footman because you want to play the Worgen? Or are we scared enough of the Ooze to just pass the turn?

Why not just armor turn 2?

Are you skyR from the tech support TL section? :D i read it sometimes, good stuff !
I would Fiery War Axe and kill the footman to have board control, just because it's arena And the chance of him having an ooze are not that high either
|
If he plays a 3/2 (fairly likely) then you're left getting your worgen traded up without issue if you leave the footman.

Anyone here who've had experience of the higher ladder ranks of both NA and EU (sub 5)? If so, which ladder do you think is the hardest?
I haven't heard any competent player comment on this except for trolls in Twitch chat.

If you are playing a tournament and you expect most of your opponents to play Miracle Rogue, what deck do you bring to counter it ?
Is the old aggro hunter(with the traps) the best one?

Is the old aggro hunter(with the traps) the best one? I think Miracle rolls over to most aggro decks. But yeah, hunter can deadly shot the concealed auctioneers. That's just what I've heard.

How can I get more quests? I only get one a day.

You can't.
Control warrior does pretty well against miracle rogue, they just play to gain enough armor that they outlast the rogue's entire deck worth of damage.

How come when I silence an AoW from 5/10 it becomes a 5/5, but when I silence a DotC 4/6 it still becomes a 4/6 and not 4/4? Just cost me a game wtf? Explain.
|
AoW gets a buff, DotC tranforms. I don't know why. You can tell that it's the case because AoW's stats are green while DotC's stats are white.
