The Trump Administration is also pushing hard for a 0% pay raise for federal employees other than law enforcement, which given inflation and increasing medical benefits costs means an effective pay decrease. This is not particularly surprising considering the administration's plan for feds since day 1 last year was to crater morale so that as many as possible quit.
