There is a whole process to things and following them would be easy for someone who doesn't want to act as a dictator. its the same childish energy that got hagseth to identify himself as secretary of war.

It was an opened ended question asking who the respondent "most admired." So your can see how those two factors could skew things. Obama was higher with Democrats than Trump with Republicans while Lincoln was even lower.
