I think the best strategy would be maximizing cost/effectiveness on damage only, since on the later levels you (should) have all your towers hitting anyway, so range doesn't matter. But that table isn't really accurate, since cannons apparently suck and you should be calculating on Damage Per Second not damage. | ||

In retrospect, I probably should have upgraded to lvl-8 blues instead of staying at lvl-7. But that would gain me at most 1 more wave =/. ![[image loading]](http://img155.imageshack.us/my.php?image=towerdefencelvl75nq9.png) | ||

Well if you want damage per second then you can go and waste your own time calculating it yourself. We do know that the green towers fire slower than the rest, since the game mentions this as one of the recent fixes. I guess cannons are a bad investment because they cost 300 less than lvl-8 green towers but have equal damage, much less range, and apparently fire slowly. | ||
