[H] Korean on bnet and others...

I followed bard's steps for displaying korean on battle.net, but I've still got a few problems with it. While I can see korean text properly in the battle.net lobby and in games lobbies, in actual starcraft games it still appears as a bunch of broken characters rather than korean, and I can also not shift my keyboard input to korean for some reason. I press shift+alt as it says in the languages->detalis->korean->properties menu but it does nothing. "non-unicode" programs display korean just fine as well, but I still cannot display korean in starcraft games or type in korean. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm on winxp btw.

Set everything in regional settings to 'korea' (location, language etc)/find out which ones you need to set by trial and error.

Shift alt, then press the alt to the right of the space bar to type in Korean. Press it again to go back to English.

I've never been able to make Korean show up in an actual game, I can't help you there or tell you if it's possible or not.

It is possible. There is an option somewhere in there (im at work atm, I can't look for you.) that says something along the lines of "language support in programs" select korean or tick the box for that. It worked for me.

Edit: In regional and language options click Languages tab then details, then advanced and tick the "Compatibility Configuration" box.

ah yes this works for typing in korean!
Still won't display in actual games, didn't know you had to do both alt keys >.<. I'll take frozenarbiter's suggestions as well, thanks.
