I used shan dong dried noodles, not instant noodles, with the following added: - Egg - Cucumber - Tomato - Green Onion - Miso Soup base - Tofu - Seaweed Highly recommend if you enjoy something of lighter flavor and very healthy

I've never actually tried adding anything else than just the spices but will definitely try that sometime soon, I love eggs and all kinds of meat so should be epic. This is what I'm having now: ![]()

Korean style is to get either something like Shin or Jin ramen, boil a pot of water, throw the noodles in (I personally prefer whole so I can actually slurp noodles later), then add the flavoring+greens, get some stirred egg ready, chuck it in, then stir. Wait for like 5 more minutes and bring the bowl over to a table, get some meat, tuna or w.e, kimchi, damuji, etc. Only noobs drain out the soup. It's there for a reason, it's not chapagetti, man! And like other people say, when you finish the noodles, get some rice and throw it in the soup. It might give you a stroke, but hey, when it tastes that good, idc. :3

If noodles take 3 minutes add the eggs with 1 minute remaining. Eggs should be in there for 1 minute total but dont overcook the noodles

Depending on how you like your egg, you can put it in like 1-2 minutes before you take it off the stove. The egg will keep cooking as you eat, so trial and error! Eunjung's vid says "boil water+packet for 3 mins, add noodles and ham, boil 5 mins, add egg scallion cheese right before you turn off the heat. But she's cooking it in that container thing and not an actual pot so timings may vary
