I added the spice (+ a touch of hotsauce) and filled it with water up to just the level of the noodles Then I broke an egg into the bowl and carefully poured boiling water over the top untill the bowl was almost full and covered it with the lid again I then cubed a bit of pre-fried beancake (hard tofu), half a chicken thigh fillet in strips (quickly fried this) and a small spring onion Slotted these all in on top of the noodles, covered again for another couple of minutes Some of the best ramen I've had, the noodles aren't as good as packet shin ramyun, but the egg worked out perfectly. Soft but cooked white, warm but completely runny yolk. the tofu goes really nicely too ^^ That's my favorite Ramen! I get that all the time in Korea. My GF always makes the ramen soup super spicy with Kimchi added in. *thumbs up*

It's read 'xin1' in chinese or between 'seen' and 'sin' for where your tongue is placed in your mouth in case y'all wanna know. By the way I have always thought that that was just plain spicy instant noodles. Pretty good with just hot water and the additives nonetheless.

That, is the shiznat my friends. Does anybody enjoy labokki (라면 + 떡볶이)? I usually like to dip my kimbap in it and eat it with some ramen noodles.

this is only after you've swirled around the noodles, otherwise the egg breaks apart. for a healthy add-on i sometimes add lettuce. and i use all the fatty vegetable oil and msg and chili powder that comes with the noodles :D i dont have this all the time though, too much msg is bad. maybe in uni ![]()

Do you cook it first then put it in or do you put the egg in with the noodles while there cooking or just as soon as the noodles are done cooking? There's two methods. The first is to just separately prepare it in a different pan. The second is to throw it in when the noodles are finished. Lower the heat and stir the noodles so the egg won't stick in the pot.
