But anyways, i like fried eggs in my ramen, and i see some of you like boiled eggs. why boiled eggs and not fried? its usually soft boiled ... not hard boiled ... so it tastes more like fried eggs.

![]() and tried to do a sort of instant-deluxe ramen. I added the spice (+ a touch of hotsauce) and filled it with water up to just the level of the noodles Then I broke an egg into the bowl and carefully poured boiling water over the top untill the bowl was almost full and covered it with the lid again I then cubed a bit of pre-fried beancake (hard tofu), half a chicken thigh fillet in strips (quickly fried this) and a small spring onion Slotted these all in on top of the noodles, covered again for another couple of minutes Some of the best ramen I've had, the noodles aren't as good as packet shin ramyun, but the egg worked out perfectly. Soft but cooked white, warm but completely runny yolk. the tofu goes really nicely too ^^

You know what? After reading this one i made myself a nice bowl of fried instant noodles with scrambled egg. Yeah, this reminds me of....: "7 am, waking up in the morning, gotta be fresh gotta go downstairs, gotta have my bowl, gotta have instant noodles....! It's Friday, Friday, GOTTA GET DOWN ON FRIDAY!" :D :D And yes, it is friday, and yes, it is 7 am here in germany ![]()

![]() and ![]() is what i currently buy the most. sadly no korean brands anywhere near so im stuck to nissin/top and yumyum/mama what i add atm: some soy sauce tiny ginger dices some chopped onion (whatever kind i currently have at home) garlic or garlic salt red sriracha sauce (the normal flavour hotter one, esp the japanese brands need quite alot of that to be spicy) egg!!11 cooked as a whole in the soup. runny yolk in soup > all + sometimes frozes peas / other veggies. bo is standart. add powderstuff when water boils, mix, add any frozen stuff, then the fresh stuff, noodle then egg, lift noodle abit and finish with oil/sauce. still only takes 5 minutes to make but tastes so awesome. infact this stupid thread brought me back to instant noodles and now i eat it way too much >.<

Then I usually add cooked spinach and shrimp, sometimes also some salmon <3 I love seafood in my ramen! Sometimes with friends I'll just prepare the noodles and the soup, and just cook a variety of ingredients you can put in there yourself, ham for example is also very tasty.

First of all, I like the Maruchan Beef Ramen: ![]() I make two packs together, but I only put in about 2.5 cups of water instead of the called for 4 cups. Then a always keep frozen steak cuts in the freezer, something like these: ![]() While the water is boiling, I microwave some of these steak pieces. Usually they only take about a minute to get hot. Also, while the water is warming up, I drop in a cut up celery stalk. I like it cut into rather small pieces. Once the water is boiling with the celery in it, I drop in the steak pieces, drop in the noodles, and stir it up as the noodles only take a few minutes to get soft. As the noodles are done, drop in both flavoring packets, mix them in, let them boil in for just a minute, and BAM! Perfect beef soup. Warnings though: Don't let the water boil too long or else you will get not enough broth and all noodles. It is a delicate balance. Sometimes it seems like you have a bit too much water, so I just let it boil down for another minute or so. Once in awhile I do not have the celery, meat, or both, so in that case I basically just cook it exactly the same but without the extra ingredients.
