What, every protein or carbohydrate out there is inherently disgusting, just because it COULD be used to create something objectionable? We've been drinking reprocessed dinosaur piss for millenia

Or don't actually know how much of their own shit is on every surface in their home that they've touched or even looked at.

Despite, I already know from my reactions and subsequent expectation that I will hardly ever be able to enjoy the taste of shit-derived meat; placebo effect drives perception of reality.

Still abit gross, but hmm. Considering I like to eat cow or even better pig; That do their best to marinates itself in its own excrements. Why the dodo not ? =) Problem: Making sure its 100% clear of malevolent bacteria I suppose.

On a serious note, I would like to learn more about this. Perhaps the proccesing and the nutritional value of the 'steak'. Has anyone figured out if this is vegetarian/vegan friendly? I suppose it is better than starving for those in dire need of food, however I wouldn't opt to try it unless I was in such a situation.

Or genetically engineer bacteria or algae to digest waste and produce a vitamin rich slurry? The worlds hunger shouldn't exist with the resources we all have.

I eat mostly vegetarian nowadays, and I get a bit of a stomach ache if I go back to eating more than tiny amounts of meat, when there is a barbecue party or something along those lines. So I would rather stop eating any meat. I think that shit idea is very good for those 100 % fast food (carnivore) guys. ![]()
