 you know you would never eat steak made from your own crap, so why in heck would u even consider eating steak made from other peoples' crap? It's just really disgusting... But this whole article mentioned by OP Kinda makes me think of MacDonalds "meat" Edit 1: How did they get the "testers" to actually eat the "meat"? Surely they only told them what it was after they had actually eaten it? Edit 2: i have to also acknowledge that in most parts of the world, we recycle sewerage and use it for drinking water anyways... | ||

We're breathing "recycled" air every day, we're drinking water that has passed through large numbers of digestive systems before, our cars/heaters/power plants partially run on fossilized plants and animals. Many crops are manured with ... well, manure, be it human or animal. If this actually works then it just adds another step of organic "recycling" to the chain, which isn't exactly a bad thing. There are other issues with food most people don't worry about either and happily munch away their steaks, such as antibiotics in animal food or lack of hygiene in the distribution / prepation of food. I'd probably be hesistant at first as well, who wouldn't be. But there are much more disgusting things considered edible or even delicacies all over the world. | ||
