(for as far as it still is a spoiler ;p) for 11 you have to highlight the picture~ the way you would select some text to copy/paste it. 15 is some annoying level adjusting thing. What seems to work best in photoshop is adjusting the levels just a bit so you can see the pixels clearly, I guess just auto levels would work too. And then paint all the pixels white with the paintbucket (tolerance 1, anti-aliased off, contigiuos off) except for the redish alike ones on the topleft ofcourse.
