Yea, the average citizen (actually below average, since intelligence removes you from eligibility) is just a jury, making all the important factual determinations in lawsuits...

It does seem like a satirical news site.

Obviously he kept the kid a secret because Arnold was training him to take down skynet.

Dear Kaitlin. Don't be so gullible.
Seems quite obvious to me that the site is trolling you =

Lawyers (on both sides) don't want juries that will pok holes in their arguments, and also intelligent, unprincipled people often find ways around jury service.

Ah yes, I almost missed this attack on my intelligence.
A lot of people were skeptical when the original allegations against Arnold were made--the timing was all too suspicious considering the election, and it was speculated that he simply admitted to groping those women (although he initially denied it) because it would have been better than getting into a long heated argument about it. His wife defended him throughout all of this and has backed him up over the years. And, after all of this, he ended up having fathered an illegitimate child and hiding it for the past decade?
People's characters are at the core of any criminal trial, by the way. Their previous offenses and behavior are constantly brought up in the courtroom. The sequence of events in reverse is no different. It was obvious that OJ Simpson killed Nicole Simpson, but after his violent behavior in Vegas, it was even clearer that he is a violent individual. Arnold's case was not so clear-cut, but this paints a much better picture of his character: he is a sexually deviant man who is willing to have an affair with a woman over whom he has authority and power, father an illegitimate child, and hide it from the world for personal gain, so it's not a stretch to say that he's also capable of manhandling a few women in elevators.
So no, my logic is not flawed, but rather your cognitive abilities are. It's funny that you call me "below average" and attack my intelligence when you seem to lack higher order thinking skills completely.
Try harder next time.

it's good ol Arnie. Is it that surprising? I would be really surprised if he has fathered zero from another woman.

He didn't attack your intelligence or you in any way...
His quip about intelligence removing you from eligibility is a jibe at how the lawyers from both sides get to remove people they don't want on the jury before the trial, implying that they only pick people of lesser intelligence who can be persuaded by emotional type appeals or general random BS. It wasn't directed at you in any way.

Look at the nested quote. I couldn't find it after quickly scanning through the thread once, so I just quoted the guy who quoted him.

When I saw this thread it didn't spark my interest at all. But then I found out that reporters stalked the shit out of the woman and the kid and it turns out they live in my town. My question to myself was, "the fuck are they doing here?" Maybe it was to just hide and live a normal life but obviously that got ruined and from what I've heard they've been getting harassed.
=(

Oh wow! you read my mind and basically read my thoughts in your very first sentence.. so i stopped reading after that.
"This is awfully trashy/gossipy/whatnot".. I didnt know TL forums were a gossip hall.

If you wanna see pics of the woman he slept with and the child scroll the first two pages of tmz.com
|
the real question is why this is even press worthy

Seems like most politicians are involved in some kind of sexual scandal.

They were trying to hide and live a normal life? Just like on Kindergarton Cop. The reporters here being the baddie, Crisp. Arnold should go to your town undercover as a teacher.
