Well this is a question that I just can't figure out, and I have no idea what the solution is..
Its sort of a brainteaser?
Here it is:
There is a kingdom with a number of couples. On Day 0, the king says that some men have commited adultry and that any women who can prove (LOGICALLY) at any time that her husband has committed adultry can present the proof at sundown and have him hanged at dawn the next day. Each woman has observed the actions of all men except for her own husband and can observe the hangings. If any woman can deduce that her husband has commited adultry she would indeed like to see him hanged. (No adultery takes place after Day 0)
The preferences and structure of information are common knowledge: everyone knows them, and they know that everyone else knows them, etc.
At dawn on the 7th morning, some men are hanged. How many?

THe wives know who cheated on who, but they don't know if their own husband has cheated..
This is also used as an interview question for a really big company.. Forget whcih one..

You can't possibly prove it.
Any number you think of is pulled out of your ass. No matter how smart you are you can't do anything without a single number.
Answer! No men are hung, since the women only watched the other men, they can't prove that their men did anything.

(the question is still confusing and weird and i can find small holes in what i said(not that its wrong, but that other answers can't be disproven). I do think it's the right answer, however.
