It wasn't as drastic as yours, but I was 6' and 145 lbs at 18 years old. Through lifting (high weight, low reps), constant eating of protein, and eating a shitload I was able to start bulking up. Unfortunately beer drinking and lifting started about the same time so in the last 3 1/2-4 years I've put on 60 pounds and now sit at 6' 205. | ||

I'm 14 (15 in dec) 5'5 dad is 5'6 ish brother is around 6 mom is 5'5 (I'm like 3 cm taller than mom though) | ||

Each serving will give you (if you blend with milk) 70g of protein and 1300 calories of food. The problem is your body is getting rid of the protein you eat too quickly. Your body is only keeping in the minimum amount of food to maintain what you are right now. The ONLY way you can get bigger is if you flood your body with 4000-5000 calories of food per day. Do it, get those weight gain products. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/un/mj.html is one of them. Dont be afraid to buy these things like pro whey and weight gainers. They are just packed with lots of good protein, carbs, and good fat. Take two servings a day with milk and thats 140g of protein/day!!!! Your body will have NO CHOICE but to grow. Eating peanut butter like bahamut said is very good too. Whenever you are minorly hungry, down a couple of spoonfulls of peanut butter. You gotta flood your system with so much protein that it is forced to grow. Dont have the "I wish I can gain 10 pounds" loser mentality. Have the "Im gonna be a fucking 200 pound animal" mentality. And make sure your lifestyle is congruous to your mentality. Meaning eat lots of protein and train like an animal. Im not a believer in waiting for things to happen, im a believer in going out and making it happen. Muscle isnt gonna grow itself, you gotta know how to make it grow and then go out and do it. EDIT: Dont be afraid about the taste. Most products these days taste reallllly good compared to what they tasted like 5 years ago. | ||

take vitamins, work out moderately don't go and fucking push like a maniac just to do it, because you'll do it wrong if you can push as part of a monitored training plan, by all means do it. i'm talking football team/personal trainer. swim, run, play bball, push moderate weights focused on _strength_ and endurance so long as you don't break your bodychemistry, age will allow you to gain being musclebound screams gay. you want symmetry, strength, flexibility, endurance | ||

If you are those skinny hardgainers that eat eat and eat but dont seem to put anything on, then these weight gainers are for you. You wont go fat, trust me. But dont do it if you arent training at all. And going like 3 hours at the gym a week wont do you any good either, you gotta bump your time in the gym and your consumption outside the gym. I train like 10 hours a week and im constantly hungry. I eat eat and eat but im still hungry, I started using weight gainers and within a few months muscles started to pack on more and more. With these weight gainers im never hungry anymore. I still eat like 2000 calories of food a day, but the other 2000 calories is supplied by these weight gainers. Trust me, I dont have any fat on. Last time I did some fat check I was like less than 5% body fat. If you grab my love handle area all you grab is skin. The muscle has taken over. They told me to wait when I was like 15, so I waited. At 17 I was through with waiting and at 18 im glad I didnt wait. | ||

Its perfectly normal. Just dont dehydrate yourself and if you feel fine then that shouldnt be a problem. I lose around 3-4 pounds in my sleep sometimes. | ||
