EPTIt's a lot like being on a trampoline everywhere you walk. I even outsprinted one of my friends on them, by a lot. People can hate on them if they want but they are a good time, as valid as any other activity or excercise.

Then anywhere between 5-6 feet when you jump. So a 6 foot person can easily get their head up to 10-11 feet.
