Dear Readers,
Sorry for the lack of PX lately. It's been a long couple of weeks :D Things will be better in about a month's time. (Am I suppose to use an apostrophe there?)
Anyways, some sad news to report, we are looking for someone to step up and provide VOD of the week, as Pholon doesn't feel as if he's watching enough games to decide on the VOD of the week.

Glazed Pork Fillets (or anything you'd like to cook in an oven, like chicken breast)
500g pork fillets (roughly 2 fillets)
1 onion
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs Apricot Jam
2 tbs light soy sauce (dark works too)
(Note: I usually use very liberal tbs sooo might be closer to 1.5/3/3 or even 2/4/4)
- Peel and chop onion
- In a pot or something similar, add everything but the pork and stir over low heat until the jam has melted.
- Place pork in greased, shallow oven-proof dish in a single layer.
- Pour the sauce over the top and bake, uncovered, in a moderate oven (around 350F/180C) for about 25 minutes, or until pork is tender.
