Is there any value in saving sun points? I constantly find myself with way too many sun points after powering econ early in each level. From what I've seen, it gives me no bonuses.

in any mode except the survival modes, stocking sun gives you no bonus
but I like to play adventure and have 9990 sun at the end just for a quick lol :D
level 50 survival endless, tired of clicking will resume tomorrow
edit: for clarification- sun in survival just transfers over to the next flag, there still is no bonus or anything
wow, this game is so addicting! Just beat the single player part and am now on the survival modes, which are really fun. Post some of your defenses for the survival modes. Here's mine for the rooftop one: + Show Spoiler +
It looked a lot more organized but the gargantuars fucking ruined everything so I had to replace all my sunflowers with melon-pults..

Played this game earlier in the summer. It's awesome, but I wish there had been some more challenging parts. The only thing that gave me any problems was the minigame with the invisible zombies.
The best way to get money is by growing plants in the zen garden. Sell them after they're fully grown for mad cash.

when i sent my brother the folder through our network, it had my saved game in it.
I got unlucky around flag 150 because of five consecutive giga-gargantuar levels, plus some jacks killed my fume-shrooms. Thus my gold supply started going down
Another four consecutive giga-gargantuar levels came and eventually I ran out of gold

there's a user data folder. you can copy the stuff there. each user is assigned a file (i.e. user3). all saved games for that user would also be numbered the same way (i.e. game3_9). i used to copy these all the time in a flash drive and play in someone else's computer.
anyway, wow! i didn't know there was a PvZ thread in TL (anyone else gets confused with PvZ now?? lol)
Perguvious is awesome btw, getting to 179 flags in survival endless with no cob cannons.
i just got to 100 flags a few days back and haven't continued the game yet. been thinking of a setup that won't have any cob cannons. i'll try it now then post whether my setup works or not. cob cannons are fun though since you have to time when to use them.
I just wanna state that this game is awesome. I can't believe I didn't play this earlier on. My zerg macro mechanics really help me a lot in this game haha.
Sunflower has one of the best voices ive ever heard lol. I love this game. last christmas break, my friends and i all found it and played it, it was a great experience. "NomNomNom" - Piranha Plant
Just wanted to bump this (in light of PvZ2 which I have been waiting for pc announcement...fucking apple/android first >.< )
I bought the PvZ for my nephew on his DS a few months back, he loves it. He played the game on my computer a bit, that's why I got it for him since he doesn't get to come over very often anymore. The DS version is pretty cool.
Anyway, look at these skills:
(uses a macro to mass bungee glitch) Also curious, I know the first version for PC that I have has Michael Jackson Zombie, and the other versions (before he actually died) used disco zombie. Wonder why that was exactly.
