Fat Princess - PSN exclusive game $15

I just found out about this game today and it looks very interesting. Fat Princess is basically a multiplayer game which has mmo-like feel so it has warriors, mages, and priests except it plays like an FPS with an RTS camera.

It's going to be released on 7/30 on the PSN store. It's only $15 and it has a single player mode as well.

Anybody in TL going to be playing this?

I thought about it, and the preview looked pretty cool, but I'll wait a little while to see how well it's received and if it needs any patches or anything. Plus, I'll be pretty busy in the coming weeks. I might have it around mid August though if everything comes up happiness, as it seems like it just might.

overhyped game +_+ but it might be a bit fun to play...
hope they managed to balance to game well, otherwise it'll be boring soon...

This game is very fun to play but suffers of network issues atm. The games are laggy and painful to join.

It's simple yet very addictive and i recommend you try it.

yea, i've had issues with lag as well. it's pretty fun and almost mindless entertainment. it is very fun when a few people step up and raid a castle to take the princess though.

lol im surprised to see people when they play the game to win, such as being a worker and priest.

This game isn't even 'hyped' so I don't know why you would call it that.

Either way I was looking forward to this game a year ago but right now I'm a bit short on money so I won't buy it just yet.

Mods can close this if they feel the bump is inappropriate, but I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents about the game and it seemed to make sense to bump this thread than create a new one...

I just wanted to say I bought this game today on PSN and I've been having a blast. The $15 was completely worth the cost in my opinion as I found it a lot more fun and addictive than a lot of the more expensive games available out there. If anyone is looking for a cheap game that you don't have to take too seriously, I highly recommend this. ^^ If anyone plays this, feel free to add me:

Also for anyone looking for cheap, simple, fun games, Mushroom Wars is pretty good too.
