You have to look at replays to see unstable rate, it's not a stored metric. I had 120-130 though. (Also noticed my offset was way off, I think I'd of had multiple SS'es with a proper offset. Oh well.)
I'm not sure unstable rate is all that relevant a metric though. Initial note timing and drift are much more important for streams.
Relevant example of relative irrelevance of unstable rate:
Edit2: Aeryn this was the pic I linked, but you logged off. Took less long than I thought it would :p
^Not quite ironed this one out yet for full screen area, pretty close. It's fun and hard, not as crazy as some others but it's constantly at a pretty solid level of difficulty and S/SS would be pretty awesome. Unranked, though. I don't think it's even on osu site and more, but i have the file still~
I think i won't be enabling HD any more unless i have a free run to basically SS. I enabled HD on one map, went down in accuracy by 1.5% - and then i got FC, i lost like 10-15% of the PP. I don't think there are any maps out there right now that i can gain PP for enabling Hidden on - unless i literally have SS or am hair away from it and i can enable HD without losing any noticeable amount of accuracy, so pretty much only jump maps
---
I got better at spinning (well, am doing constantly!) was great to see with a bit of practice today, flying into the 400's and 427 peak. A while ago, i had to struggle to stay above 300~

This one is close, it's just i have it, almost there but not quite comfortable enough with the type of jumps and the circle size. Maybe when my wrists/arms have had a rest or in a few days, slipping a lot ATM - when i can FC it, i am very close to SS.
Glad to say my aim is the best it has ever been on 750dpi now, on both 1080 and 768 height (1.44 and 1.024 inches vertical) - I'm going to stick to that 1 inch vertical floor though, because beyond that would be hurting accuracy too much for no realistic gain in range of motion for 768 height. Using full or partial screen size is a good fix for effectively changing sens depending on the map to perform at ones best, while keeping the exact same muscle memory
Woohoo! After my week long leave of absence due to being sick, I gained 1k ranks and broke 8k today! Hopefully I can keep on improving at this rate, and don't plateau! :D
Goddamnit .. and at the very end too t.t But atleast I still jumped about 1k ranks with that, yaay~
EDIT: Aaaand I beat my old score by about 100 points, with lower acc and lost half the pp for this map T_T
Haha that's ppv2 for you, still waiting for it to be fixed, seems like a pretty fatal flaw

I - uh, grats! - how are you 214 ranks ahead of me with 15 pp less? I didn't play yet today, maybe it will update. We're pretty close now :D
My rank rose quite sharply, think i'm going to level off for a bit as i build skill then take some higher rankings
What the f happened, my rank changed by 348 overnight, didn't even play. Well, 7,862 now! :D under 8k

Context: rrytui got #1 on freedom dive with the only FC in the ranking system less than a week before, lost #1 to video above. In the days afterwards, at one point rrtyui got a score that would have taken back #1, but choked on the last stream and got a ton of 100's
I think it's hella impressive that cptnXn is a mouseplayer on that level, but I think it's funny that he regularly complains about mousedrift, atleast whenever I watch him play he does it hehe :D
Is mousedrift actually a general problem with osu, or is it mousebased? (I have it too slightly with some songs that don't have any breaks)
It's a problem with how you use the mouse. He uses a kinda weird grip and high sens - i had massive, massive issues with it on my Deathadder, but it's completely gone with a sane sensitivity on my Xornet
I use a high sensitivity and probably a weird grip, and I also had mouse drift (on both my deathadder and my sensei raw). It drove me mad and it's part of why I don't play standard now.
Makes me feel good someone can get to that level with drift.
1800 was the sense I used with the DA, my sensei raw was at somewhere around 1900ish when I last played standard. I normally mouse around the screen at 3060.
I used 500 until 750 recently. Lower = more control, but it puts somewhat of a skill ceiling - i could pretty much hit full combo on Remote Control DT relax, or was at least very close to it (i never actually got it all at the same time), but some cross screen jumps and particularly square jumps will just kill you if your sens is too low. It takes a lot of skill to use very low sensitivity for those reasons, but i don't see any reason, any at all to use over ~1k or so for 1920x1080 in osu - at that point you're just not gaining anything in terms of range of motion but you are crippling your accuracy and control
Well, I've quit standard anyway. Never liked the scoring system and I just don't enjoy it as much as mania. Standard is too focused on perfectionism. If I can get 99% on something, I'm probably bored out of my mind while playing it.
I agree, but then again my second best score is pretty bad accuracy with two misses in it (in terms of pp)
you have two choices, either perfect stuff or go for big skill leaps and then naturally, even a bad score will be worth a ton
Mouse stuff isn't really just about osu standard, this is global for your entire system and all games that you play - aside from FPS engines, which play kinda differently in terms of sensitivity
Good desk, chair, mouse+settings, keyboard, posture - really important, yet usually neglected
