I play every now and then, but I can only really play on the NZ/AUS servers due to latency issues.. Handle is [MiP]Speedbump.

did anyone buy the sam & max game lol. i wonder how the new weps work? same stats, diff model?
and i wish you could 'heal' people with equalizer and just not increase their hp so you could actually melee in uber : (

hey i'm having problems with my team fortress 2. i've googled for a few days looking for an answer but i can't find anything that has helped me so i thought i'd try here.
seems like 10 minutes into a round, every round, 90% of my textures just disappear instantly. all my other games work fine, including other valve/steam games so i doubt its my video card. i have a q6600, 2 gb ram, and an 8800 gts 640 oc
the only solution that i found that even closely resembled my problem was to disable trilinear optimization in my control panel, which i did and it didn't help.
here's a pic of what happens:

Ya i can probably do something at some point.. I just finished a roaming soldier video that talks very briefly about when and why I hide but it didn't come up much in the match I looked at.

Holy crap I've never seen anything like that..
Best bet either a post on gotfrag or delete local content and reinstall.

That problem is screaming for a detailed steam support request. Never seen anything even similar o.O;
Offseason for competitive TF2 play in Australia right now and it seems like things are on a slow and steady decline. Less activity, not a lot of motivation for teams to improve. Real shame given how exciting things appear to be in American/European leagues.
