waiting doesnt cost me anything as the producing base of PI is running 24/7 and this is what actually generates isk from time. its not like i stop my other 16 planets until the other 4 have reproduced the lost goods. and i know mining is not free - but im not mining

Getting into trading is tough..

Decided that after 6months of PvE missionrunning its time for soe serious PvP trading.
Jita has a pretty small margin between buy and sell, so im looking to get standings on my trading alt with CN.
For that i flew into random Caldari missionhubs and some guy offered to give share for free.
After being in fleet for aobut 2 hours he managed to share me whole 2k lp (2 missions).
He does lvl4s for CN (like worst lp store) in a 1.0 system (worst you can have) in his dominix (worst killspeed ever?). Damn some people are clueless about pve :D

Well if that account is still subscribed we should work something out Jayme. Materials and build time of the things are dirt cheap and short.

Also serious trading is for tryhards. Just got to believe that the average Eve player is lazy and make mistakes. Most of my contracts were obtained watching GSL.

I have for account s that are subbed for another year or so. My money is staying stable through big item trading and the huge stack of minerals I still possess so I just plex an account whenever I gain another 500m or so. Subbed accounts not a problem.

I'll let you know. What are the skills required for in enams anyway?

depends on what you want to get from it. my network is currently setup to produce 40million a day. but thats 5 chars with 4 planets each and needs daily care.

im starting to doubt that i will be happy with PI in the long therm. while my whole plan and setup works out quite well i ran into things i didnt calculate beforehand.
lets list the good things first
- training all chars took only a week for minmatar industrial 4 / interplanetary interaction 4 / command center upgrades 4
- the planets and systems around isto are rich of minerals, especaily half which is a 0.2 system
- until today i invested about ~60milion isk for all characters overall (meaning skillbooks, haulerships, planet setup) and the value of the P1 materials currently in corphanger are close to 300million isk

now the bad things

- taking care for 20 planets on 5 chars on 4 accounts gets BORING as hell fast. the acutall time investment per day isnt that high (calcuated with ~6-7minutes per char/day - is about 10minutes) but you really have to do it every day at the same time again and again
- the biggest downer overall and the reason i think this will not be good over time is that i dry out the planets FAST. here are some numbers.

as you can see the extraction for unit/h droped MASSIV over the last 3 days. if i cant find a way to stop this the whole project will probably fail.
with those low extraction numers i would have to buy a lot of P1 from the market to substain my advanced refining line. in addition i probably need to put a lot more time into maintaining the planets.
overall this leads to maybe 20-30million a day and this is NOT worth my time.

so where to make money?
right now im back to exploration which i like and is fun. yesterday i sold my first wormhole which got me 220million isk. the whole time it took me to find the wh, check it and list it on the forum was about 2hours overall = 110m/h which is a good rate.
of course this is a bit luck based but as i found a few radar sites to which are worth ~20-30m each its a nice business.
i still have to find a good combat site the see how much is can be made there

overall i think a covops is more usefull for the gang if he keeps an eye on the neighbour systems while the fight is going on. you are a ship for gaining intel and not for combat so your more usefull providing intel ... simple logic^^
