one of the best things about the hatchery are the evemon plans/fits you can get from other members. they are comprehensive and efficient. i used to think battleclinic loadouts were good but now i cannot go back there anymore.

Pretty cool that you guys are doing so good.
Would love to play some EVE and join you guys again. When I was part of hatchery we were just starting to do the nanoganks but was still living in hisec. Back then fighting was just too rare with the little time I had for EVE. But reading about your low-sec life sounds like so much fun.

hey KwarK im looking to get my missioning alt up and running, would it be possible for you to lend me a plex so i can plex it, and recieve a plex back from the buddy invite to give to you?

if you plex as a trial account, then the person who invited you will automatically get the plex or 30 days from CCP, not from you.

What happens.
I jump through, burn towards the jag, suddenly poof and jag is gone. I assume he agressed me first and gate guns poofed him (he's a pirate I'm not)
What actually happened: Our cov ops uncloaked and agressed him..............
Edit: To continue this. He got popped by the jag, and then the jag gtfo when I was 22km away. He popped him in one salvo and warped off before gate guns killed him :<
Edit 2: Turns out EVE bugged and the gate guns popped him. Weird, but still hilarious

We're holding on gate and our covops just jumped through. On the other side is the mity Alex in his jag. Time is an issue because when our covops decloaks he'll suspect shit so I immediately tell the covops to hold cloak and Risen to jump his jag through and engage Alex in honourable jag combat so we can blob him. I say "Tob, hold cloak, Risen, jump through, immediately decloak, attack the jag". Tob is dualboxing a covops and a rifter and promptly tabs to his rifter, jumps it through with Risen (+2 hatchery local, Alex gtfos), tabs back to his covops, decloaks it and attacks the gate guns while holding cloak on his rifter.
Somehow not only did he manage to disobey the order he was given (hold cloak with your cloaky covops) but he managed to failjump on an alt, scaring the target off and then tab back to his main and suicide himself. All in about two seconds too. It's got to be some kind of record for fail.

thats not how it went.
you said "hold cloak" -short break-" risen decloak and attack" ... as risen still was not in the system you said "jump and agress immediatlely"
what i got was everything except the "risen"
so i assumed you meant me. i first unclocked with my covops and targeted him. the moment i had him locked there was the order "jump and agress immediately" so i though it was fleet order and jumped my rifter. i sure as hell didnt jump my rifter before doing anything else
the whole situation made sense for me in that moment. the gateguns wouldnt fire on my normaly as he is a pirate and me attacking was to bait him that he agresses and cant jump. as i wont last long there came the imediate jump order for the fleet. thats how my mind interpreted your tactic in that moment with the given information i picked up.
and yes: agressing with a covertops is probably stupid. but i am new to eve pvp and so i dont think much about it and followed orders as given. the only real mistake i made was to not understand completely what you said. which is not an hard thing as you accent can get really heavy when you talk fast

Covop ships should never engage. If Kwark or an FC asks for you to engage in a buzzard or a cheetah or whatever, always double check if they're sure or if they're drunk.
