The only missions I've ever run is the Sister's of Eve epic arc, and I did that in a RLM Caracal... so I can't really recommend any fits.
If you want to stick with Gallente I would use the Catalyst but train for the drone boats. Train for Vexor -> Vexor Navy Issue -> Ishtar. AFAIK Ishtar's are the ratting ship of choice in nullsec and can be passive shield tanked with sentries for maximum AFK money making capabilities.
The second, and some would say, major news to come out of the panel centered around Tech 2 Blueprint Originals (T2 BPOs). A player told the panel that he had no idea about the upcoming changes when he paid for a particular T2 BPO for 90 billion isk. With the new ME changes, the BPO's value would be 18 billion isk less. In addition, because of the cost of this BPO, it would take him years to pay for it with the profit from it.
I'm simply hoping it was the thin air at that 'party on top of the world' that made him actually say this out loud in a room filled with people, not to mention CCP entertaining the validity of the claim and responding with:
CCP Greyscale responded to his question/complaint and said that the market should be factoring in the risk, and thus the prices should fall if necessary. He indicated that they thought the price of T2 BPOs should take their eventual nerf into account, but given the prices that T2 BPOs command, it doesn't appear to be happening. Greyscale said that their price should fall even more in the market.

I mined for an hour once just to see what kind of money was in it.... not a lot. PM me your in game name and I'll send you enough to get started.
What an asshole. Did he really think people would appreciate that?
that is pretty impressive levels of stupid, in b4 owned by ccp
It's a throwaway twitter account, single post on it and that's it. I doubt they find the guy.
Someone will have most likely searched for the location of that name shortly before doing it. That'll give them an IP and potentially a cookie associated with the computer too.

If the search and twitter post were done with a random public computer wouldn't it be hard to track him/her down?

We're talking about an individual who thinks vandalism is clever here.
As mentioned during the various Fanfest panels and round tables, I'm going to list here the various changes planned to Starbases for Summer that are being discussed on the Building Better Worlds Blog feedback.
First, regarding Assembly Arrays:
We are giving all assembly arrays a 2% material reduction to manufactured products (except for the Supercapital Assembly Array, since there is no station competition when building super capital ships). Advanced Assembly arrays no longer 10% have material waste. They now all have 2% material reduction like their regular counterparts. X-Large Assembly Array is being renamed Capital Assembly Array to better reflect what it actually does. Capital Assembly Array is being renamed Supercapital Assembly Array for the same reasons.
We are planning to increase cargo capacity on the following Assembly Arrays:
Corporate Hangar Arrays: from 1,400,000 m3 to 3,000,000 m3. Ammunition Assembly Array: from 150,000 m3 to 1,000,000 m3. Component Assembly Array: from 1,000,000 m3 to 1,500,000 m3. Drone Assembly Array: from 150,000 m3 to 1,000,000 m3. Equipment Assembly Array: from 500,000 m3 to 1,000,000 m3. Rapid Equipment Assembly Array: from 500,000 m3 to 1,000,000 m3.
Then, laboratories:
Mobile labs: Time multiplier for Research ME: 0.7 (was 0.75). Time multiplier for Research TE: 0.7 (was 0.75). Time multiplier for copying: 0.7 (was 0.75). Time multiplier for invention: 0.45 (was 0.5).
Advanced Mobile labs: Time multiplier for Research ME: 0.75 (was 0.75). Time multiplier for copying: 0.6 (was 0.65). Time multiplier for invention: 0.5 (was 0.5).
Hyasyoda mobile labs: Time multiplier for Research ME: 0.65 (was 0.75). Time multiplier for Research TE: 0.65 (was 0.75). Time multiplier for invention: 0.45 (was 0.5).

It should take him years to pay for it, because a T2 BPO is permanently useful. I was kind of shocked that the guy was even asking about that.
Well it should not come as any kind of a surprise to anyone who actually has made the wealth to buy one in the first place, they've had similar roi for quite a while. T2 bpo 'nerf'/removal/butterflies has been coming for quite a few years now...
